Staff was friendly when I visited, guess it will be different depending on the day compared to other reviewers here. Purchased a patch, shirt, and hat pin.

The pins are always hard to find when traveling to a new place so it La always plus when I find one. Stop in yourself and hopefully you’ll have a good experience.

A souvenir shop and that's just about all there is to it. Here's an absolutely incredible image that shows what this same area looked like way back in 1901. View is looking northwest along 16th Street from California Street.
