Wendy's

This is another typical Wendy’s. The food was hot and delicious. The woman working the drive-through was pleasant. I was in and out of here quickly, and everything went smoothly.

The crew there is awesome if they don't have what you ordered they just go above and beyond to get you something else I go here on my late night munchies run and they are always perfect

I’m sad that these restaurants have poor reviews, they deserve better honestly. My dad, my sisters, and I rode our bikes to this Wendy’s and luckily were served by the manager! He was nice enough to instead of give us the normal, junior frosties that we’re giving on the coupon, to purposely give us the large size. He was wonderful and made sure we were all set and asked us if we needed anything. Great job, David!

I eat breakfast once a month and it's nice in hot I wish they would have ff without peels

If you go early, you'll find the manger working the window. I appreciate that instead of then just sitting in their office all day like my bosses

Customer service here is top notch. Mistakes happen, what matters is how you handle them. Anytime I’ve gotten an order messed up, the team goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with the resolution. Great store, great team.

Unable to get to Wendy's often (none local to us). But when we go the food is better than their competition.

Okay, first off let's get this out the way. By far the best Wendy's I've ever been too. And I used to work at one when I was a kid. Literally the best chicken sandwich I think I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered the new jalapeno popper chicken sandwich and added a chicken patty to it for an extra 3 bucks. Had to get it spicy. They already had the jalapenos. And it actually tasted spicy. A lot of places say spicy but are not spicy. I wish this place was closer to my house so I could stop in more often!!! 5 stars. Highly recommend. If you're in the area. Do yourself a favor and stop in here. You won't be sorry.

Fast and friendly. I've been going here for all 16 years of my daughters life. Quick and easy ordering. Incredibly rare they get your order wrong- they are incredibly quick to replace or refund your meal. Would recommend everything on the menu.

We've stopped frequenting fast food as much as possible, but on our way home from Six flags this is the place we stop. Clean, friendly, and the orders are always correct!

Just had the nicest guy take our drive-through order on Saturday at 11.52 pm. Great customer service.

Ordered a large family order. They were polite and got the order first try. The food came quickly and no mistakes- they even remembered no mayo on my burger. Seemed too good to be true but it was.

Everytime I go there, they know my order and greet me pleasantly. Even when I forget something they're like, "Hey bro you usually get onions, you sure you don't want em?" The people there are great workers and make good food.

The whole team, like Christopher & Briana, including managers like Tristan, are really down to earth, like family. Always genuinely friendly. They take their time to always get it right. Never had a wrong order. Cant say that about your neighbors We are frequent customers. Many years now.

There are over 6,650 Wendy's outlets - this is the one you want to go to. Great staff - great food. Dependable, consistent and always good tasting. If you don't live near this location - it's worth the drive. It will change your opinion of fast food. Go for the spicy chicken with a baked potato. Good, cheap eats.

Wendy's is pretty much always good and consistent. I will say however the Colchester locations staff is always super friendly and have been very helpful in the past when there was an issue. (Minor, but immediately resolved by going above and beyond what it would have taken.)

Had to be one of the best Wendy's I visited the food was great the service was even better
