The Manager Heather Howell is a very nice person who went out of her way to help me with a part that was much needed at the time, she did an outstanding job listening to my problem and took time to understand my issue, Heather exhausted every option available until she came up with a solution to help me. Me and my family were traveling from a cruise on a 8 hour trip home and I was hearing a noise so I pulled over and realized that my skid plate had lost a screw and was smacking on the road so I went to precision tune down the road from this autozone and they were very unhelpful and kinda rude so we drove here and we were greeting by Heather and she couldn't have been more helpful she gave us the time of day to help us and ended up fixing the problem and making the rest of our trip home safe she couldn't have been nicer my family was very grateful for her!

Recently while traveling I experienced a potential catastrophic failure on my truck. To make a patch job I stopped at this Autozone in Wilson NC, Bobby the manager on duty and Jonah a sales person worked hard and paid attention to details to make sure I got exactly what I need to make my repair, even checked on me before closing down the store to see that I had all I needed. In a time where so many can’t see past their personal space, these stand out people need recognized for their job performance!! Thank you Bobby and Jonah store 4955.

We came cruising from Jersey to this auto zone and our battery completely died. Mel D. Was amazing not only did he help us with the battery installation but made us laugh and feel at ease! This is the kind of employees that make a bad situation so much better! Appreciate it!!!
