Excellent service. These ladies really know what there doing !! I will not shop anywhere else !. The staff here are the best in the field! Ever since I started shopping there I've only dealt with 1 person and that's Diana, I'm very picky about jewelry and generally will always stick with the first person I buy from. She is very knowledgeable and willing to do anything to help me get what I'm looking for !!. Highly recommend!!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the staff at Ashcroft & Oak for all the help they provided me. I was looking for gift ideas for my daughter and they came up with many ideas including her birth stone. All very reasonably priced. I got her a pair of earrings with her gem stones. They are purple and I forgot their name already! Lol. Thank God I had Liz, Tracy, Ramiza and Diane. Keep up the great work ladies!

We had a fantastic experience with Jennifer Ostrander in Watertown, NY. We searched and tried on rings at several stores and none of them made us feel as excited or as comfortable as we did at Ashcroft & Oak. Jennifer took the time to let me try on multiple rings until I fell in love with mine and she helped us understand the details of the diamond quality and gave us extensive knowledge on what we were looking at and for. She helped to make our buying experience wonderful and we are so very grateful. I LOVE my ring!
