Worked withTissa, he was always quick to respond and very helpful. We've had our hot tub for over a year and it is great! Will def. use this company again for maintenance and hot tub needs.

Just got off the phone with Megan. She wasn’t able to help me because I have a different fireplace than what they service but she was so helpful giving me other phone numbers to try and walking me through things. As a small business owner I don’t think people understand how often we are a sounding board and we give advice for absolutely free and rarely do the customers we help take the time to write a nice review. So here I am! If they can help you, please use them these are good people! And very knowledgeable!!!

Tissa was great and I can’t say enough about how great my 2003 jacuzzi hot tub has been.

So pleased with the service from Spa Palace for these last 16 years! What an excellent staff. Tisa helped me place the order for replacement hot tub cover and it's SO much better than the older, much heavier cover. It's light weight and looks like it will survive the strong UV much longer than the last vinyl surface cover.

I highly recommend Spa Palace. It says a lot about their business and they have had much of the same staff for many years now.

Tisa helped me get a refurbished hot tub when ours gave up the ghost, and Jake has been out for service numerous time. He's expert at his job. Both Tisa and Jake are dynamite. Three cheers to great workers!

This place *should* have a solid 5star rating! I tend to over-research things, so after I first visited Spa Palace I then visited every single hot tub place in the Denver area. Spa Palace had the best selection of hot tubs, the best prices, Tissa was a true gem to work with (the other places had pushy salespeople who made me uncomfortable), & hot tub was delivered 5 days after we purchased. We got an amazing deal on it & yet did not have to make a single sacrifice! Tissa even threw in extras that made it an even better deal than we expected. If I could go back in time would I make the same purchase? Yes, absolutely! But I’d have skipped the part where I spent a month researching the competition!

Tara at Spa Palace was amazing to work with! I have had trouble getting a new spa cover from another company, I have waited 6 months and now they haven’t returned my money or delivered the cover. Tara listened to my needs, stopped what she was doing and searched the Spa Palace warehouse to try to get me a cover immediately! I bought my original Jacuzzi spa over ten years ago from Spa Palace. They have continued to,provide excellent service and information. I am a Jacuzzi-For -Life customer. I just received my new spa and want to compliment Tabatha at the Westminster store. She was so helpful with information and answered all my questions about this spa. Even though we have the same model, it is easy to forget certain details and hints that help keep the spa in its best operating order. Tabatha is superb and I highly recommend her and her customer service. I have had good service from others at the Westminster store but I can not compliment Tabatha enough! This store is lucky to have her!

Jake did an excellent job repairing & servicing our hot tub. He was extremely helpful, professional & knowledgeable about our Jacuzzi spa. I had used another company prior to this and they were not really very helpful. Thanks to all of you for the fantastic service!

Joey was really helpful and knows his stuff ! They sell Sundance Hot Tubs...which we have been so pleased with ...our last Sundance has served us for 22 years. Good product ! Spa Palace has been the ones to repair our old one...great company !

We were wary of buying a hot tub, which would be for our family member's newly diagnosed arthritis. Good hot tubs are not cheap, and we didn't know much about them. We chose Spa Palace Westminster because we liked Tisa, who took time to answer all of our questions and provide suggestions. That turned out to be wise, as the first tub we had delivered - a year-old tub, but new - had leaks. Tisa came to our house multiple times, including once on his day off, to determine what was wrong. Despite a valiant effort, and the replacement of the circ pump and both jet pumps as well as multiple leak repairs, in the end Tisa requested to Jacuzzi that the tub be replaced. Jacuzzi agreed (thank you, Jacuzzi) and a new tub was delivered. Tisa and Tabitha at Spa Palace Westminster have been awesome, helpful and understanding, and provided a level of service that has been outstanding. Thank you both, and thanks Spa Palace.

I am happy I found a place that treats me well and is knowledgeable and willing to help. Tabitha is professional and polite, and knows more about hot tubs than I’ll ever know. I really like spa palace.
