The store is located inside of the Hamilton Mall. They have a great selection of products.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely shop here again.

Love their sales!!! I got over $600 worth of stuff and only paid $220

Went when they were having everything $4.95 sale. Spent a lot of money but got some really great lotions and body washes with essential oils. The lotions are thick and moisturizing and smell amazing. My favorite is the eucalyptus and tea.

I like their body lotions and shower gels and mainly shop here once in while when I want a fragrance update. Tons of scents to choose from, occasionally a body spray might just pique my interests. They also have some nice candles and home scent options to choose from.

My 9 year old grandson picked out an assortment of gifts for his mom's birthday which is later on this week. The staff were very helpful as they answered all of his questions, and guided him through the choices he made. At checkout, a nice young lady helped to package the gifts and fastened pretty blue bows on each one. We really appreciated this!

Excellent Customer service

It's rare if you can give a 5 star these days!! The staff is friendly!!! They greet you before you even get into door which is nice! It's much better than the grunt you get at numerous other stores. They help you find what you need which is a plus!!! A+++ service at this store! Ty!

One thing about Bath & Body Works is I can always find what I want and just walking into the store is a delightful scent experience. I prefer the Hamilton Mall store because the young man working days is just so friendly and always has a smile for his customers. He also knows the products and can make great suggestions. Finally, their sales just can not be beat especially their wallflowers plug in scents. I have the scent of rainforest gardenia enjoyed at home as I type this review. Georgia peach is in cabinet waiting as my next scent. Gotta love the seasons. Enjoy!

Love this store and it's products. All time favorite is Japanese Cherry Blossom. Spent $40 instore and another $80 online. Hi my name is Marsha and I am a shopaholic.

Always fun to visit. Fragrances of all kinds to chose from. And customer service was really helpful in choosing one of the new fragrances. I left the store smelling better than I went in.

Monthly incentives are a great bonus to already good prospects. Hand soaps do not dry your skin. You don't need a parfume after taking a shower with a favorite gel. My favorite Bath and Body Works store is in the Hamilton mall. Girls there are very friendly and very helpful.

Great customer service in here...1 minus I'd say is the 18 CSRs on the floor and 1 at the register...other than that very sweet staff...all stores should look to these employees as a reference 😀 😉

The lotions and body sprays have such nice aroma. And I have now discovered they have some really nice Foaming Hand Soap. And right now it's on sale oh, got to go back

The cashier was very nice. What I wanted I couldn't find. So the cashier offered to go to the back to see if it was in stock, had it, in addition she gave me a coupon.

If Im being honest I dont know what I would do without this store I have over 20 perfumes and 10 candles. This place is always clean and the workers know their stuff.

My kids love to come smell all the candles. Everything is pricey in my opinion but the associates were nice.

Excellent customer services. They're so friendly, especially a young girl named Rossie (Hispanic girl).

Best candles & fragrant choices..lovd there plug in oils ,& concentrated room sprays, there sll so good! Great place!

I always love this store. Only thing I miss is the White barn candle section.
