If the rating scale would have 10 points, I would give Moses 11 stars. The hard disk of my computer crashed. Within a few hours after bringing it to Moses, he provided a clear diagnostic and estimate of time/cost it would take to fix the problem. 24 hours later, it was all done at a very reasonable price. The last time I had a similar experience, it took the technician (at another company) over 2 weeks to deliver his work and a terribly expensive bill. In summary, Moses offers Integrity + Excellent/User-Friendly Service + Very Reasonable Price.

We only have good things to say about this service. Very fast, very knowledgeable, experienced and very fair price. You won't find this kind of service for this price.

Moses is reliable, efficient, reasonably priced. He fixed my laptop in a short period of time while I waited. He was able to effectively resolve today's problem with email, clean up old data and applications no longer needed, and install an up-to-date email platform. I took my computer to Moses to have a new hard drive installed and windows 10. I had windows 7 which was very slow. It works great! He did everything in 1 afternoon. I know nothing about computers. After searching google, I found At Home Computer Services with high ratings. I contacted Moses and he responded back to me with same day appointment.
After diagnostics, he called me back within 10 minutes and explained the problem for monitor display issue. He was very honest and professional. Charged very reasonable for the work he did. Very good customer service, most important doesn’t keep your computer for weeks.
Now a days you hardly find such a reliable and honest people. I would highly recommend Mr Moses for any computer problems.

Moses had my laptop repaired within 24 hours which is incredible. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and an all-around pleasure to do business with. I even had a small issue the next day which I reached out for help with and he responded and solved the problem within minutes. I rarely leave reviews and If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Moses was awesome! He fixed a number of things on both of our computers but especially replacing mine with a totally new hard drive to replace the defective one. He is an excellent teacher and advisor and works with his clients to make sure they are totally comfortable with their new set up. His work ethic is phenomenal and his prices are quite reasonable.

Great service! Moses is knowledgeable, timely, very professional and reliable. He initially helped us with an install of a new computer, which then had to be removed and replaced with a different one, due to a poor purchase on our part. Then when we had a problem a little later, he helped us resolve that. He was easily available to come to our home based on our schedule each time and helped us resolve the issues quickly and effectively. We will definitely use his services in the future. My laptop screen was cracked and Moses helped me out immediately. I did not have to call again and again . He was very professional and courteous. He knows his stuff.
