Came in to talk about high cpu temps, Jack quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective component quickly and at an affordable price. I talked about building a new pc but was unsure where to even start, he gave me great reccomendations as to what parts to get and ways to save money while doing so. Update: PC built and Windows 11 installed with no issues whatsoever! He even installed all the different software in order to control the different RGB lights and showed me how to use it.

Good experience. Jack took a quick look at and outlined some repair scenarios and cost options as well as putting it all into perspective regarding a new machine. I received a call the next morning with the diagnosis and options/costs. It wasn't the worst case scenario. Picked it up the next day. Bottomline is that I feel like I was treated honestly, and it was fixed quickly at what I consider a good price.

I bought a computer from Jack with parts we had discussed. I have had it now for months and it was one of my best choices as a consumer. What others said about Jack being there for you is so true. The machine is great and the follow up support could not be any faster or more courteous. I don't think you can do better anywhere.

My son’s laptop required a repair on very short notice before travel for an out of town summer internship. Jack was able to perform a same day diagnosis and repair of the laptop for a very reasonable price and it’s now working good as new! Jack is a very knowledgeable and highly skilled computer expert, who is also very friendly, nice, kind, courteous, and professional. He really saved the day for us, and I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend JL Computer Services. I dropped my lab top yesterday and cracked the touch screen. Jack took a look at it right away and provided an immediate solution to get the laptop function again, for free. He quoted me a very reasonable price to have the touch screen replaced when I decide. Most places would just say I need to replace the touch screen without giving me the option of a work-around. I will be using JL Computer services for all of our computer repair needs.

Excellent service! Very smart on diagnosis and repair of your computer problems. Had PC fans installed, got a Mac screen replaced and found root cause of computer crashing. Really helpful guys and very fast!

Very friendly, professional, and fast. Had to get a new hard drive for my laptop, they went over the pros and cons of each option, and it was done within 24 hours. There isn't a ton of stuff to buy on the storefront so it's really mostly for repairs.

Called in for a DOA notebook, explained the symptoms, dropped it off, and had the problem diagnosed within the hour and a replacement part ordered within the day.
