Got my clutch replaced and bearing replaced here and an oil pan, can’t get better prices anywhere!They were super nice and did a great job fixing up my truck. Can't ask for better service than that!

I had a catastrophic failure on my trailer bogie going through Jerome, ID. On a Sunday. I was able to contact the chief shop and they happened to have a spare bogie at their shop. They couldn't get to me until Monday morning, which is understandable. I was very surprised that they could even get to me that soon. I was quoted a price for the bogie and the labor, plus shop materials. They were quick and kept me up to date with pictures and text on the progression of repairs. One day and part of Tuesday morning, and the work was complete! They honored the original quotes and even helped me on the cost of 2 tires that needed to be replaced as well. I would highly recommend this shop based on the work and the low cost of labor (120.00 hr), which is pretty reasonable in today's world. I took business cards to hand out to our other drivers. I had a positive experience and would recommend them to any others needing repairs.

On a wildfire, needed parts quickly late at night and he was honest, fast and got us the parts we needed. Highly recommend.

Had a tire blowout on our multi axel rgn and some lights go out we called them and they had the tire in stock and were able to get right on it and had a big enough yard to get out multi axel setup in and turn around good work and service

Service personnel were awesome and friendly. The gasket we needed for repair was not available locally so the owner drove to a parts store and bought gasket material and made the gasket for me. Who does that? Chiefs truck and trailer does!! Thank you so much for getting us back on the road.

Inverter quit working on a Sunday and the head mechanic had to leave on a service call after I had turned around and drove 20 miles back to their facility so the guy that was there ended up working on my truck !! Found a dead wire and a few other small issues and had me back on the road in a little over an hour !! They have a small waiting area and close to truck stops ! I would definetly go back to this place for future repairs !! Prices are fair and customer service was not bad but repair and time were very very efficient!
