I met with Adrienne over the course of 3 different days. She guided me through all the options for my engagement ring. Ultimately we found right style and Lab-Grown diamond for me and sent it out to be made. Couple weeks later it was produced and it was even more beautiful than I expected. I'm extremely thankful for Adrienne helping me out and being so patient with all my questions. Everyone at the store was extremely helpful and kind. I know who my jewelers are now, wouldn't go anywhere else!

I needed to put a value on a family member’s jewelry in order to liquidate her estate. I met with Sharbel Hannoush, who went through several boxes of jewelry, identifying the valuable pieces and giving me a good understanding of what they’re worth. It's so comforting to work with a company that prides themselves in customer service these days. From the moment we walked through the door at the Enfield store, we had a wonderful experience. My fiancé and I were shopping for wedding bands. I brought a custom design that I had in mind, and they brought me out a sample and I instantly fell in love. The design was EXACTLY what I was envisioning. We also found a band to match for my fiancé. Oh, and an additional 3 more bands for myself. I went into the Enfield store today not knowing if I needed a repair or a new setting on my engagement ring. They fixed the problem in a few minutes and sent me on my way. I would highly recommend them for their honesty and integrity. Very professional and courteous jewelers.

I have been going to Hannoush Jewelers in Enfield for 10 years and have always had fantastic service and jewelry. Recently had several bracelets resized and the work is seamless. Was looking for a specific pair of diamond stud earrings and they made them custom for me while I was shopping in about 15 minutes. All the staff are helpful, knowledgeable and make you feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend!

My favorite ring was crushed and ended up in an oval shape. I took it to Hannoush and the sales associate, Karen was wonderful! She was able to get it back to its original shape in under 10 minutes. I will definitely be going back again!

I stopped in to get my emerald diamond ring cleaned. A few days later I returned to the store when I realized a diamond was missing from the setting, asking if they found one in the bottom of the cleaning machine. They did not but they did replace and fit a new one for me. No charge. They are the very best at customer satisfaction. Thank you so much you made my day

The team was amazing, I was in and out in 10 minutes after needing a very personal necklace repaired after it snapping in half this week. They were the best and I will definitely be back!

I think her name is Adriana, she has worked there forever and she is the best. My husband and I only go to her, she always knows the best Pandora pieces as well as all the other items the store offers. She / they are honest, offer great quality products and her customer service is fantastic. My wedding and engagement rings have needed so repairs and work due to age and wear (neither were purchased there) and she has worked with me to suggest the best advice and work needed to make the repairs and the fees were always reasonable and more importantly the work has been done in the time estimated if not sooner and always within the qoute provided with no unexpected issues. I trust them and know when I make a purchase its a great quality for a good price and they appreciate my business. Highly recommend and I apologize if I have her name wrong.

Brought in a few rings that my grandmother left to me. She made basic jewelry as a hobby. The gentleman walked me through the process and explained his reasoning for the appraisal price in layman's terms. Great customer service and very friendly people! I'm sure he told me his name, but I can't remember it. I'm terrible with names, sorry.

When I started looking for engagement rings Adrian helped me so much. She was simply amazing. She sat there for at least 2 hours helping me find the perfect one. I had no idea what I was looking at and she was so informative. Then my now fiance and I went in looking at wedding rings and Pete helped us. He was also amazing. They are both super friendly and filled with info. We believe we found the rings we want just have to make the decision. I would definitely reccomend Hannoush in Enfield to everyone I know looking for quality jewelry. Its also a plus they make the jewelry in house helps for the person with a bit of a tighter budget.

My husband and I worked with Ekko on my engagement ring and our wedding bands. He provided excellent guidance and expertise throughout the entire experience. He never tried to push for something out of our budget, and instead worked with us to create our ideal rings within our budget while maintaining our vision. We are so happy with our rings and we highly recommend Ekko as a consultant!

Super happy and impressed. Friendly people, but even more important, quality work. I had to have my wedding rings repaired. They hadn’t been off my finger in 32 years. When I got them back, they looked as good as the day I said “I do”. Hannoush will be my first stop for any and all jewelry needs!
