Entergy keeps trying to take $377 out of my account after I have paid them $438 to get my electricity turned back on . This is the third time they have gone into my account to take out $377.and they have overdrawn me three times in the last three weeks. I paid them on November 7th. Today is the 16th and it is 2:00 in the morning and they have just overdrawn my account again trying to take out money after I have paid this bill! I have called them three times about this and they do nothing each time ! I will go to the bank myself and try to block them from having access to my checking account. Now I don’t even have access to the money that I had in the account to put gas in my car. The customer service representatives do not seem like they are trained well.

According to entergy I magically used 1300 KWh vs any of my previous bills. No pool or fish tank this year so I should be using way less. Both were affected by hurricane Ida. To top it off The Louisiana Public Service Commission (LPSC) has voted for all of entergys customers to pay 3.2 billion dollars for maintenance and repairs. This is for entergys mismanagement of the money they profit off its customers. $16.50 flat rate 1,100,000 customers in 15 years they would acquire the 3.2 billion dollars but we are being charged per KWh usage. So they probably will get 7.2 billion dollars using my bills fees now for 15 years. Will entergy stop charging those fees once they miscalculated and receive the 3.2 billion our 5 representatives granted I don’t think so. Technically the vote was 4-1 so one person represented us the people properly. Vote accordingly next time!

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service displayed by the associates at Entergy. The Associate misunderstood my request and escalated the situation. It is apparent that the customer service associates lack training.

22 hours to fix a 5 min fuse that was thrown 🤦‍♂ if only yall had a 0 star option

Been without lights for 8 days and counting. Entergy don’t care at all. Been calling everyday.
