At the time my parents had moved in with my husband an myself, and we were quite overwhelmed with the level of care that they required. We realized quickly that we needed help. I first spoke with Will Frederick, he was very caring and professional. We had an aid come in 3 days a week to assist with bathing, meals and light cleaning. We were fortunate to have Shauana for the majority of the time and she was awesome with my parents. Everyone that I dealt with was really caring and sensitive to our needs.

The care givers are, first of all, very kind and compassionate, which is so important if you need to hire help for someone older. They are dependable and flexible as well. We have had very positive experiences with Stephanie and Rolisha, and our relative always looking forward to their visits! We began using Home Care Assistance of Fort Worth after our mother was released from a rehab facility. She no longer had the use of her right arm or leg among a mound of other health issues and extra care was needed. Our situation, however, was a little different as we share the care between two households and while we tried to stick to a regular schedule on which home she would be each week, this proved to be difficult. Will and his group were very accommodating and understanding. Each caregiver was delight and while some were more experienced than others, all were compassionate and friendly. We were very lucky to find Will and his team at Home Care Assistance of Ft. Worth to care for our father. My sister and I live in California and we needed a team that we could trust not only with his health and daily needs, but with other home related considerations since we were so far away. Will and his team are extremely competent, responsive, communicative and caring. While we were trying to manage the rest of our father’s affairs, we had peace of mind that he was well cared for and happy. Even our father who has incredibly high expectations was impressed with the care that he received.

I never imagined that I would need a service such as Home Care Assistance, but in the last weeks of my husband's battle with cancer their help was invaluable. Will Frederick was wonderful and arranged for a caregiver (Linda) who treated my husband as though he was a family member. Because of them, our whole family got precious time with my grandmother who needed around-the-clock care, a burden we couldn't bare on our own. They treated my grandmother like their own. As in many cases our loved one had favorite caregivers that helped her pass the days with caring deeds and thoughtful attitudes. Home Care Assistance of Fort Worth was a God send after having issues with another company. Will and his staff are caring, loving and willing to do what needs to be done to make sure the client is happy. I have no complaints. They bent over backwards several times to get me help when I messed up my schedule ir had an emergency. The caretakers keep the client engaged in conversations, read, and watch TV with them. I highly recommend them.

This company was one of the best I have ever worked with. They met our needs on the number of hours we needed, short term changes as well as daily routines. They were good to keep us informed of any changes in personnel as well as keeping us notified when they felt something was out of the ordinary with our loved one. They were kind and considerate of all our needs. Their caregivers were compassionate. They even visited at rehab hospitals and hospice care on their own time. This is the kind of people you want caring for your loved ones.

I needed transportation for a medical procedure and for follow up appointments with the surgeon. I called Home Cate Assistance of Fort Worth on a Saturday expecting to get voicemail but to my surprise, they are available 24 hours a day to schedule an appointment. Liz was very professional and a great communicator while setting up the appointment.
On the day of my eye surgery, Betsy, the driver, arrived on time to pick me up. Betsy was very professional and kind, the car was spotless and smoke free. Betsy accompanied me to check-in, waited for me to be released after surgery, and safely drove me home. I would not hesitate to call Home Care Assistance again and plan to hire them anytime I need one of their caregivers to stay with my 90-year old mother when I need to be away from home.

Will Fredrick is a wonderful owner. I was in dire need of a caregiver for my mother who is bedbound and on hospice, after another caregiver company called to state they didn’t have anyone to send the next day. I had less than 12 hours to find someone to care for my mom and reached out to Will at 8pm. Will was able to find me someone in 1 hour to care for my mom the next day. He also came to my home at 645 am the next morning to introduce himself and the caregiver to me and my mother, before I went to work. This company is awesome. They go above and beyond for the client and family. They also coordinate with the hospice company and will call hospice if needed before calling 911. I am a nurse as well and when I saw they have care coordination I knew they were the right fit for us. I just wish I would have chosen them as my primary caregiver company and not a back up caregiver company. Hopefully with this review you can.
