Serena Hot Spot Bar and Grill

I have eaten here several times and the food is delicious. Serena is very friendly and asked you how you would like your food. She made my chicken wings exactly how I like it crispy and the fries were really good. The banana pudding is so good, actually the best I had yet. This spot is a chill and relaxing. I definitely would recommend anyone that wants some good food come to Serena’s Hot Spot and Grill.

Friendly and accomodating service. The food is good, and the cornbread is 10/10. Fresh and comfortable decor in nice environment and a great DJ. I had no trouble parking, and didn't have to wait to be served at the bar or the kitchen. I recommend this place, and definately will be going back!

This place is the true definition of never judging a book by its cover, heard about this restaurant through locals who recommended giving it a try. So windy in the restaurant entrance because the outside it look like a typical this gambling parlor we had no idea that they actually had a restaurant inside. Ordered the Philly steak sandwich and hotdogs for slaw and I must say I have eaten Philly cheesesteak straight from Philly but they had no comparison to what I got from Serena’s. I have to honestly say the Philly steak is a 10 out of 10 must try probably one of the best Philly steaks I have ever had. as far as the hotdogs go, it’s the same the hotdogs were perfectly cooked. The buns weren’t soggy they were perfectly dry. It was just an all-around great hot dog. Now we know that this is a restaurant. Also, they have definitely earned two new customers because we for sure will be going back on a regular basis to try everything that they have . So if you’re in the Dunbar area and you’ve got a hankering for a Philly steak or a hotdog definitely give this place a try matter fact, if you’re in the Denver area and you’re just simply hungry, I highly recommend going and giving them a try definitely worth the money the portions were perfect. The prices were perfect and the food was absolutely amazing. I also have to add that the customer service was spot on you or treated not as a customer but family from the time you walk into the door to the time you leave. When we went in it was just the owner and another Cook working, but they paid great attention to detail was very polite very welcoming , very helpful very knowledgeable and to me customer service alone is the key to success. In my opinion, you could have amazing food but horrible customer service and I’ll never come back but this place out at all. It had amazing food amazing atmosphere and amazing customer service. This place is definitely worth at least trying

I'm not exaggerating when I say this, my wife and I had THE BEST hotdogs we've ever eaten!!! They were also nearly the biggest dogs we've ever had too! I don't know what the secret is but they were delicious. Really, these are the best hotdogs ever! I can't recommend Serenas enough so do yourself a favor and pay a visit!

Great spot. It’s changed hands many times but I think it’s the best vibe here now. The owner is really trying to make it something special. Food is great as is the service. Give this place a try you won’t be disappointed. Support local business, they’re your neighbors and family trying to make it.

Best food I've had in a minute. Cooked up fresh on the spot. Beer was cold. Service was legit. Will definitely eat here again.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The food was terrible and the service was even worse. The “owners” are terrible people and were so rude. They embarrassed me in front of everyone else there. I will NEVER return here and will be sure to tell everyone to stand clear of this place.
