M & S Sanitation

I am very impressed with M&S friendly staff and customer service.I have had them for several years and what I like most about their company is you can sign up to be on the text message list . This assures that you are never out of the loop. As we know life can throw curb balls and they make sure you are aware of anything out of their control that could delay your pick up. Pricing is fair and definitely has proven to be of value. Majority of my neighbors have joined M&S. I am certain you will be as satisfied as we are.

We were customers of M&S for over 10 years and never had a single issue. It's a family-owned business, and the owners have always been kind hard-working people. They've always tended to our needs and we never had any problems with trash pick up. They were even proactive by notifying us of any delays on the route through their phone app to let us know what to expect. I'm sure they've struggled with finding good help as many businesses have during and after covid, but they've always done their best to provide quality service. They've earned our trust and gratitude over the years.

A few of my friends and I have had M&S sanitation since they opened for business about 13 years ago. We have had nothing but great service from them. When there is an issue, they strive to take care of it as soon as possible. I can even tell they care for their employees when we receive delayed service text messages making us aware they may be running behind schedule due to the extreme heat at times. When a company takes care of their employees, rest assure, they take care of their customers.

M&S Sanitation is an excellent company. The customer service is outstanding, when I called the office with questions or concerns the customer service representative is always polite and helpful.
I love the email they send to let you know when there is going to be a delay.I highly recommend this business.

This company does all of the sanitation work for the Freedom Festival that Guild Mortgage Sponsors every year. Their staff has been amazing and they work tirelessly to help make this annual event a huge success. Highly recommend!

Locally owned company with great service and friendly staff. They are always willing to go above and beyond to meet their customers needs.

Great service and customer service. There has only been one time they forgot my recycling and I called and asked about it. They got to the bottom of it(called the route supervisor and checked route notes) and said they would either pick it up with my regular trash that week or just be prepared for double the amount of recycling the following week, whichever I preferred. The customer service lady was impressively thorough. They're also flexible with how you choose to pay your bills. I have a terrible memory so I ask to pay 3 months in advance and they've never had an issue with that.

We’ve been using them for a couple of years now with no major issues. Based on neighbors complaints other large companies have more issues so I’ve started referring them to M&S.

Nothing short of Amazing! I switched from a higher priced service that continually found ways to charge without delivering service. At this rate, I'm never going back. I put my cans out Sunday night, most of the time before I go outside Monday Morning they are dumped. Recycle comes a little later on Wed morning. I thought I'd missed them last week, but I met the driver just as he was passing the house about 7 am. He stopped and was very courteous as he dumped my bin .

Made the switch to M&S and they’re rockstars. Always on time every week. Trash and Recycle services are top notch. Customer service is excellent and we appreciate the text updates informing us of any schedule changes, etc. Really can’t beat their price and their outstanding service.

This trash company is the best around Jacksonville. Great price, always on time, they communicate with you on holidays, and customer service is the best! Thank you guys for professional service!

We missed them on their way by, rushed out to the curb anyway, and they actually stopped on they way out of our development and picked up our trash late. Excellent service!

I have 0 problems with the service. Usually on time and texts holiday changes.

I demand you pick up the garbage and recycles emiditly or else you'll get fired.

Can be difficult to reach someone in the office, but overall reliable service at a good price
