Terra Craft Sandwiches

I can see why Terra has over 400 reviews and all 5 star! This place is amazing! The sandwiches are damn near perfection! I've had the rib eye and the rustic Italian so far and both were amazing. Great ingredients and made with care. I've been telling friends, family, coworkers and customers to head over for a great meal! Keep up the great work!! My first visit definitely won’t be my last. Clean, upscale, friendly, delicious! I got the crispy fish, which evidently started as a special and has remained on the daily special menu for a while. Get it. Just get it. A beautiful balance of crispy, flaky fish and a bright marinated vegetable medley pair up with a perfectly zesty sauce and lay across a roll that is impossibly soft and sturdy all at once. I paired that with their house mac, which saw rotini enrobed in a wonderfully creamy cheese sauce and topped with crunchy toasty bread crumb. The food alone is worth the price paid, but it’s all served by genuinely excellent staff and the vibes in this little place are immaculate. I slept on this place for too long but not anymore, and you shouldn’t either.

I was waiting to try this place and they did not disappoint! I've been 4 times in the last week & a half. Each sandwich has been awesome. Their Mac & Cheese is serious also! I'm going to try to do the whole sandwich menu. The staff is very cool and courteous. If you're looking for something different in a sandwich, go here. I'll be a loyal customer for sure and I can't wait to try my next sandwich. So far, I've tried the Braised Meatball/ Rustic Italian/ Al Pastor Chicken in (2) Flaky Parathas/ & a Limited offered Brisket. ALL were great... simply awesome! These are more like Chef inspired sandwiches not your typical cold cuts on some bread. Just awesome!

Love eating at Terra. As good as the food is, so is all the staff. This time we had the grilled cheese, poke sandwich, Terra salad and a cup of the white lasagna soup. Wow! Everything was delicious and once again the staff was amazing! Do yourself a favor and visit Terra as often as you can.

Absolutely Devine. These sandwiches are so creative and delicious. They even have two vegetarian sandwiches (other than grilled cheese) that were fabulous. Will def be back to try one of everything! We had the eggplant schnitzel and cauliflower club. 10/10!

Terra Craft Sandwiches is a relatively new fast-casual sandwich shop in Melbourne. The counter help today was Andrea. Andrea was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to the menu. I put in an order for a Brisket, a Ribeye and one Chicken Salad sandwich.

Taking in the environs, I snapped a few pictures and before too long, our order was up. Heading back to a table, I took some pics and commenced dining. One bite into the Brisket sandwich and I knew that apparently someone finally got the HINT! The Brisket was slow-cooked to a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. The bread was freshly made, thickly sliced, warm, and tasty. However, the stars of this show were the root beer sage BBQ sauce and house-made pickles. That's right. They make their own pickles in the back!

Forcing myself to move on, I grabbed the Ribeye sandwich and stuffed it in my pie hole. Made of shaved ribeye, white cheddar, braised scallions, chimichurri aioli, refried bean fondue (I didn't even know there was such a thing) and shoestring taters, this was to die for. I had to double-check on my phone to ensure I was still in Brevard County. Yep. I was. Unbelievable.

Reaching for the last sammich to be tested, I ripped into the Chicken Salad sandwich like there was no tomorrow. This was certainly a Chicken Salad sandwich like I have never had before. With slow-roasted Cabernet grapes, shoestring sweet potatoes and roasted chicken breast on a flaky flatbread, this had to be the best Chicken Salad sandwich ever concocted.

As I have said repeatedly, the engineers have doomed this county when it comes to good food. That said, as I was dining, in walked Glenn. I immediately pegged him as an engineer. New Balance running shoes and an overly tucked-in shirt were my first clues. All he needed was a pocket protector and a Honda Accord. Anyway, I asked him why an engineer would eat here. He replied, “Because the food is outstanding. The price is a tad high but worth it.” Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe engineers will fork out some moola for quality food. All this food is made on-site by a chef with mad skills, and boy, oh boy, does it taste like it. Hallelujah, Michelin! We finally have great food in Brevard!!

The Big Boy says, “If you don't like this food, I will personally come over to your place and hammer you with a pillowcase full of pocket protectors and slide rules.”

Best sandwich I have eaten in a long time! Maybe even ever. Cooked fresh and to perfection. We absolutely will be adding Terra into our go-to spots. Our food was also ready pretty quickly. Cute cafe. It’s small and quaint.

My wife and I came for the first time today. We heard about it from a few people. I got the HUGE and flavorful Turkey Club and the refreshing Butterfly Mojito drink.The service was amazing, everyone is so nice!

Delicious! Everything on the menu is unique and it's rather affordable for what you're getting, which is a lot of house-made, fresh food.

We tried TERRA for the first time and it was phenomenal! Amanda the cashier was so sweet and went above and beyond. Thank You!

Great stop for a fantastic sandwich. And it’s not your run-of-the-day. They elevate the game. Wife had the al pastor chicken tacos and I had the Key West Cuban. Definitely going back for seconds.

The food was delicious and served to us quickly as well. They even had vegan options for a friend to enjoy. Fried chicken was moist and cooked perfectly.

I love this place! It has such good vibes, incredibly friendly staff, adorable decor, and the sandwiches are so good!!
I got the turkey club (huge!!) and my husband got a Cuban. We also got a side of Mac and cheese, and it was some of the best Mac ever. I didn’t even notice the multiple ice teas they have until after we ordered, otherwise I would’ve gotten some of that. Nice little drink selection including beer & wine & seltzers. Good selection, soups and salads as well. I already know what I want to try next time! Glad to have this spot in town!

I never review anything but the food and service here compelled me to write one. This is now my favorite sandwich place. The sandwiches and soups are so good, they just explode with flavor. Please try this please out if you can.

DELICIOUS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!! I'm from Miami and I've traveled and have tasted lots of different foods and varieties of sandwiches and salads. This place has the most delicious food!!! I highly recommend. They were fast as well. Don't thunk twice about it. If you're hungry. RUN TO THIS PLACE!!!

Cute & Trendy place! They have delicious and unique food, plus a great selection of drinks. Definitely will be back to this new LOCAL place! Don’t forget to the HOMEMADE ice cream sandwiches, so good!

Terra Craft sandwiches

Who knew sandwiches could taste so good just like a comfort meal. Yesterday I was at an appointment and was recommended to try this location. At first I was taken back that someone would even recommend a sandwich spot and raved how great it was. Stated a "steak sandwich" was beyond good! Sold me on that statement because I love Philly sandwiches even though its not a philly. Anyway after the app my husband and I decided to head there. We pull up and noticed a Greek location right next door. I began second guessing but quickly reeled myself back to what the purpose was- to try something new!

We walk in and immediately saw a gentlemen sitting at a table. The ladies at the counter had such a great attitude and made us feel welcome right away. Immediately I felt comfortable like you knew them for years. The energy was very family oriented (latin)😊
I scan the menu and began second guessing all the choices as i didnt want to make a mistake and pick something i wouldn't enjoy the first time. They didn't know it was our first time and how sort of picky I can be at times and the recommendations were out of element but still I proceeded. As we are trying to narrow down our choices the gentlemen tells us the special is amazing and I'm beginning to wonder why this employee was so excited about the menu. Didn't think anything of it and instead I giggled and said well I trust your judgment that it's good so I'll go with the special Italian Smashburger AND a White lasagna soup! He got up and said "don't worry I'll make it for you guys." As my husband is ordering I turn and tell the gentlemen, Rafael, "well if you do make it please make sure you add extra love in it!" My way of breaking the ice feeling a little shy. He had a smile and attitude that rubbed off and made feel comfortable in the setting I was in. I grabbed the butterfly 🦋 lemonade to try something different. The color alone I KNEW it was good. I tasted the kiwi green tea and jeez they truly did put their hearts (figure of speech) into them! Once I tasted it I KNEW the food was going to be good but how good..we will find out next.

Fast forward we get our foods. I couldn't believe how beautiful our foods looked. Way different than my usual element. Mind you I don't eat sandwiches (I'm Latin we love rice 🤣😮‍💨) I took a bite out of my sandwich - and immediately I tasted the love that's crafted into each item made. The seasoning was just right. The juiciness was just right. Temperature, look you name it it was all just right! My husband ordered something like a taco chicken sandwich -forgot the name - he shared a bite with me and I couldn't believe I was sold on sandwiches!! I wanted to do the happy dance it was so good!

Anyway we noticed Rafael come out of the back as we are mid bite. Really nice and says to us "how is everything?" We replied with "its beyond good, wow you were right!" He smiled and a look of thankfulness seemed to take over. My husband did the talking but noticed he mentioned that it was his family that owned it and they opened recently. Very humble person. I got excited once he asked my husband to do a review because little did he know I LOVE REVIEWS and I'm a local guide not my hubby.

Long story short try something new and out of your element. This place was beyond good and honestly I may have found another Gem here in brevard to support. It is a small business I believe and what way to support than to speak on my best experience. Guys don't walk but run there. Be patient and be open.

Before we left I took pictures and I'm busy playing my favorite non profit role of reviewer 🤣😮‍💨 my husband is sneak buying their home made ice cream and cookies. I giggled. We ran home to save them for later. Oh the ice cream is ice cream between two cookie brownies. Listen it was huge that I still have half of it for today. But yesssss try Terra sandwiches you won't be disappointed. ❤💪

Delicious sandwich shop with lots of different options full of flavor. Both of the items we got were on special, however talking with the owners, the Crispy Fish will become a more permanent part of the menu. Either way, both sandwiches were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The crispy fish included Meyer lemon vegetable slaw and Terra tartar sauce. I honestly do not order fish very much but it was highly recommended and it did not disappoint. The steak and eggs had crispy ribeye, egg soufflé, asparagus salad and bearnaise sauce. The sides also come highly recommended, we tried the Mac n cheese which was quite cheesy, the fries had a texture and were pretty crispy. Definitely a smaller restaurant but worth the hype for sure. The drinks are not to be outdone either. They make their own iced tea while doing unsweet and sweet versions. Honestly though the highlight is the kiwi iced green tea. All of the flavors worked so well together. The butterfly mojito was very good. I was told it tasted pretty good even without the alcohol because I have never had a drink. But honestly everything was delicious and I would definitely go back to try the other sandwiches.
