Love this place! The people are always helpful and very, very knowledgeable about boating! I just rewired are 18 ft Sea Pro bay boat, and they helped me out tremendously getting the job done! I do not have pictures of the store but of the mess I had to deal with! It was nice to have is real person to talk to about it!

Imo some of the best customer service in the Savannah area. Prices are fully backed by qualified and helpful staff. Awesome store and employees.

Nice folk, great shop for fishing and boating gear, but also a grat place for R.V. gear and 12 V systems of all kinds. Small plumbing systems and you can walk out with a great pair of shoes.

If I could give Brittany Westberry 100 stars I would. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. I would drive pass other boating places just to go to her store! That is an understatement too. Hope her district 👀 this post!! She deserves the spot light!!!

It’s convenient to the Southside and not really many options.

Absolutely outstanding service and Georgia hospitality from Capt. John, store manager. We’re passing through the area on our boat and didn’t have easy access to the Savannah store. Capt John went out of his way to get us the parts we needed quickly.

Staff was great needed a bunch of wire and supplies to rewire my boat. There are a lot of things out if stock but they're stocking bait

Good store nice and fresh remodel makes the place look and feel nicer than it was. I will stop in here if I am not in the Thunderbolt area for some quick marine items. Only way to really take advantage of this store is to be a member of West Marine PRO or similar discount group at West Marine.

Great help from the staff, they constantly were checking to make sure we needed any help. We arrived a few minutes early, before they opened, but they saw us waiting and opened about 7-8 minutes early. We completely would have waited, but that just shows a business that has their act together. (If someone is there before a business opens, they're usually going to buy something because they are there for something specific.)

Been a customer now for close to 20 years... has it been that long?

If they don't have it, give them a few days, they'll get it for you.
Lots of knowledge about boats 'n stuff.
If only they had Krispy Kreme donuts!.. well, I can dream.

These guys really helped me out today. They gave me the time of day and ultimately was the solution to my problem. All 5 studs on one of my trailer tires broke off and my tire went rolling down the street. I went to Advanced Auto Parts, Lowe's, and Northern Tool for solutions but nobody gave me the time of day. The guys at West Marine measured my existing wheel hub and had one on hand. Thank you guys. You will see me again.

Always great service and always helpful. I don't know how many times I've called them (Jon and Roy) and they have always given me great advice. Have been doing business with them since I bought my boat and plan on keeping it that way.

Very knowledgeable people. Very friendly and courteous. I can't say enough about the people that work there. They are a little pricy but you get what you pay for period.

Expensive but they have everything you could ever need to build a boat nice to have a store so close with so many items in stock. Very friendly helpfull staff that you can tell are passionate about boating.

Great knowledgeable helpful folks. I walked in about 10 minutes before closing and and was there for about 30 minutes after..... no attitude and no rush! Definitely recommend!
