It's a pharmacy

I used this pharmacy for 2-3 years , I am disabled with a chronic bone disease ,when I picked rite aid to fill my meds I spoke with a man (Scott) who told me he would take care of me and make sure I got my meds on time every month as long as I only used them.well I kept my promise, Scott Freed on the other hand made me walk on egg shells everytime I had to call. am no longer with this pos store. And I am so happy with my new pharmacist who came out just to welcome me today when I filled a script that VICKY the other pharmacist at rite aid told me.. we have maxed out of ur medication for the month so you will have to wait till the 4th.these types of meds… I am on she knows darn well that I will be in extreme pain and possibly get sick if I don’t take them. A few days before, SCOTT and my husband had an argument over him and BRITA diliberty held holding a script that I needed from me, and when I went to get them he said in front of everyone, I AM NOT FILLING YOUR PRESCRIPTION UNLESS UR HUSBAND APOLOGIZES TO ME smh I couldn’t believe my ears.my husband was clearly in the RIGHT asking them why they didn’t tell me about it.bottom line they think they know better than you and ur doctor. And are extremely rude and condescending to you over the phone and in person. I am so happy I am free of RITE AID and love were my new pharmacy is and the people who work there.
Last words, if you are on serious meds DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They will hold your scripts hostage and they think they know better than you and your doctors. Thank You.
