This shop is the only one I will ever go to again. They treat you well. They understand their clientele and the community. They are also willing to work with you, maybe getting something out a day late and they shave off 30% of the fee that was added on. No other place would care enough, for their clients or reputation. This establishment cares about it's people and how people look at their business. All pros, no cons with this place. I will likely be back again and I know they will take care of me and my things.

I went during the power outage to purchase a generator based on a Facebook Market Advertisement. I was happy to find a new generator with 5000+ Watts for only $400. They were even friendly enough to show me how to use it properly and how to keep up with basic maintenance.

Travis was very helpful this weekend and more knowledgeable than I expected with the help I needed looking for a new camera. I definitely got a better than fair price on my purchase and am VERY pleased with it as well. He also came through and followed up with the charger it still needed after the sale.

They provide a great "SERVICE" in buying & selling. They are honest, knowledgeable and are ALWAYS willing to work with you.

I've gotten jewelry, surround sound, & big screen from them at a reasonable price.. I'm very happy with my purchase. They also do pawns & work with the customers even allow extensions on pawns. Everyone that work there is very nice. Not one time disrespected it's a place u will want to continue to come. I've told several friends aft they saw my tv. Thanks for ur service in my hood

The owner and his son are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very negotiable and welcoming. The two other well known pawn shops in kzoo have made me feel like they just want to rip me off for whatever I may be trying to sell and then rush me out the door.

When I read the other review I was a bit skeptical, but when I went down I was very pleasantly surprised. I felt that the staff was well informed and professional. The review I read seemed to be heinous and frankly B.S. Whoever left the first review seemed to be intentionally sabotaging this store.
The laptop I bought worked extremely well and they even gave me a 30 day warranty! What more could I ask for? I also saw them buying some items while I was in the store and they seemed to treat their customers fair and everybody left the store happy, especially me!

Very personable staff and owner. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this business. As long as you communicate with them they are very willing to work with you and your situation. The one time I had a question about some charges and the owner was extremely helpful in explaining what was going on and quick to resolve the issue. It’s nice to find a business that still believes in treating their customers like friends while still maintaining a business atmosphere.
