Cook Out

So I figured I would go to this location about five times before I wrote a review unlike some of the others writing reviews.

The food is high quality for the price, compared to any other fast food restaurant the food is exceptional for the price.

I have never had anything that I didn't like or thought was not perfect for what I ordered.

There's nowhere else you can go to get that quality food for that price.

The service is always been quick and professional. A lot of people are complaining about attitudes, that's because these people are working very very hard and extremely underpaid while you sit there and mess around because you don't know what you want to order off a simple menu.

To anyone who complained or gave less than five stars... Go make your own food or go chew some nasty McDonalds...

Thank you cookout late night Team!

Just wanted to say how much I appreciate all of you. I go here about 2-3 times a week since my lunch is only 30 minutes. Food is always great and quick service.

Just left there with my five dogs and were treated so amazingly by the ladies at the drive-through. I think as far as fast food goes cookout is definitely the best. And probably the best service that I’ve gotten anywhere in Knoxville and that includes restaurant and table service spots Thank you.

Cookout is always a great choice for cheap delicious food and this location has some of the best employees of any restaurant I've ever eaten at I'm a truck driver so that makes me an internet expert.

I literally love love love cook out. I would be lying if I said that I didn’t make special trips to Knoxville just to eat there. I always get the tray with the barbecue, fries, hush puppies and peanut butter fudge milkshake. Y’all when I tell you they make the very best milkshakes I’m not exaggerating they are wonderful. I’ve also tried their cheese curds and their coke floats and they were both equally delicious. Go get you some cook out you won’t be disappointed.

I'm really in love with the girl I'm with. I proposed and everything. There's just all this pressure that makes it difficult to really embrace our relationship. She's beautiful and smart, completely out of my league, and is so incredibly sexy that it makes me feel like I'll never add up to what she truly deserves.

I hope she at least feels how much I love her. I've never felt so strongly about anyone before, and we just click so well. She's my best friend.

Best shakes anywhere and so many flavors! You will have a tough time deciding which to get! Peanut Butter Fudge is delicious!

As far as fast food goes, it's hard to go wrong with Cook Out. From the prices and great service to the menu and quality of the food, there's not much to complain about if you're wanting a quick bite. The walking taco is a must try!!

Best milkshakes around!! Drive thru has an employee named Ms. Tameka that has been there for years, and is literally one of the sweetest people ever!! Thank you for ALWAYS being so kind to me and my family!!💜🩷

Great cook out, good service, and good food!

Come here often when I need a quick fix for some good food! Always inexpensive and fast service. Employees have been friendly and make sure the customer has a good experience. Will be coming back here!

Workers were very nice and their cheese bites are the best i’ve ever had. Their chicken is also very good and you can tell they put in the effort when making their food!

Always good food, and quick efficient service. Rarely get an order wrong. The price is great tpo!

All cookouts are great to eat at clean atmosphere and great food and hamburgers everything is good milkshakes, etc.

The young gentleman that took my order at the drive thru had great customer service skills, which is not expected at a fast food restaurant. Not the first time I've felt that way with Cookout. It would appear the development process for new employees is above par here. Good job, Cookout!

Cashier didn't know how to take my order, so it ended up having to be fixed multiple times. But the GM was there off the clock & still helped me get my food right. Will be going back.
