NTB-National Tire & Battery

I stopped into NTB today because I needed one of my tires checked. It had been flat earlier this morning. Ryan and Dan got to looking around and saw that I needed new tires and new brakes. I got a great deal with wonderful service and I would highly recommend them to anyone, they did this all in a timely fashion as well. I work in retail and have for years. I know great customer service when I see it I will definitely be back.

Very pleased with the service. Ryan helped me figure out which tires I needed for my car. The service was excellent. We were in and out in no time. We will be brining all our cars here.

Dan was amazing! His customer service is exceptional! NTB patched and fixed a valve stem on two tires when I was a walk in. Had me in and out in 90 minutes. Job well done!

Picked up a nail/screw, and needed a patch job. Called and they got me in same day! Gave it a look over, and got me in and out quickly as I had a place to be. Excellent service, and will 100% be coming here in the future for any service needs! Definitely recommend!

By far the best service I’ve received from any tire company. Huge shoutout to Dan, miles, James, and the rest of the guys at the Hagerstown Maryland location. Will definitely be doing all of my business with them for now on, highly recommend going there!

I called in the noon hour inquiring about service. Was given the time and confirmation through email. Upon arrival, not ONLY was I greeted kindly, I was treated most respectful by the staff. My cars service was completed in under the time I was originally told. I'm very impressed and will be returning to this branch.

I've been a happily satisfied customer at the NTB in Hagerstown for a few years. I'm not very knowledgeable about cars but the staff there is always so patient, understanding, and takes the time to explain the services needed during each appointment. I truly appreciate and value them, they deserve all the accolades!

Had an emergency tire situation and they got me right in and bent over backwards to help me out.. got a great deal.. I highly recommend these considerate friendly folks they will be getting all my future businesses.

A little late of a review but none the less . Last summer around July actually I brought in my Nissan rogue for a flat repair . Never brought my car in there or been there before . But they were one the few places that were open. They were super friendly there . Awesome people awesome service. They were quick at repairing my tire. Now here is the big catcher. I was in a tough spot a lot going on with my life . When they called me up to get my keys they said have a nice day . I said what do I owe you . They gentlemen at the counter smile and said have a nice day . I got in my car and broke down. I just lost my son and it was something so simple like that . That really made me smile for the first time in days.

Great service!!! I believe it was Don who said we haven't worked on any Tesla's yet, but said since you're here and the tires are here, let's go ahead and do it. They did a fantastic job, couldn't be happier!

Today I received Services for my 2018 Hyundai Tucson I am Very Thankful on the Exceptional Customer Service I received DAN WAS BEYOND AMAZING HE WAS VERY DETAILED IN EXPLAINING MY VEHICLE NEEDS AS FAR AS THE PROBLEM WITH THE OIL LEAK I WAS HAVING AND ALSO GAVE ME SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT I SHOULD DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM VERY EFFICIENT WITH TIME ON MAINTENANCE TO MY VEHICLE THANKS DAN AND NTB TEAM YOU GUYS WERE AWESOME!!!!!!
