What a wonderful experience. No wait without an appointment. Michael walked us through our options and helped us navigate many issues while we switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. I saw every sales associate being helpful and attentive to everyone who came in the store. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I recently switched our cellular service to T-Mobile and were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service at the Daytona Beach office on Cornerstone Blvd. The staff was not only patient in explaining the different plans available but also ensured that we were well-informed every step of the way. Their prompt communication and updates on any changes demonstrated a remarkable commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.

A special shout-out to Ray, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. And we must mention Silvia—she was truly a ray of sunshine, assisting my husband in navigating his new apps with ease! If you’re considering switching to T-Mobile, rest assured, you’re in excellent hands. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch service!

Michael did a fantastic job setting me up for a new phone. Answered all my questions, maintained professionalism and made sure to cover all the bases.

Went in for a newer phone unsure of new phone capabilities. Migo provided excellent service describing features of each and helping me select one. The phone setup was seamless and very fast. A huge thank you to Migo for your excellent customer service. I love my new phone!

I recently visited the T-Mobile store and had an excellent experience thanks to Associate Mea and the rest of the team. Mea was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as she assisted me with my new purchase. She made sure I found exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my choices.

I also want to give a special shout-out to the store manager and the additional associates who were all welcoming and professional. Their teamwork and dedication to customer service were evident, making my entire shopping experience outstanding.

Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for great service and a pleasant shopping environment.

Michael and Silvia in Daytona Bch./ Tanger Outlets were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and amiable. They said to come back after our ipad was delivered if we had questions or needed help. We returned to them! They were so helpful and professional. Tmobile is lucky to have them. Great customer service. We always go to that store.

The employees were very helpful, but eventually I had to call customer support, and they were a bit all over the place, and could not help me with the issue I was experiencing, but this afternoon, I went back to the shop and all was resolved without an issue.

Ray did a wonderful job by me and my family today I don’t know what we would’ve have done without him

Just needed to share that Michael was very helpful with everything I required. Plus, he was patient and explained every detail in a precise and honest manner. I really appreciated him so much for that. He didn't pressure me at all which I thoroughly enjoyed about him in particular. I went to buy a cheap new phone and I left there with a FABULOUS new (FREE!!!) phone that I absolutely love! Michael's a keeper! I wouldn't think about going to anyone other than him, again. He actually made what I thought would be an extremely tedious visit to a cell phone store into a very pleasant one. Gratitude!!!
