Awesome restraunt and bar with decent docks. The food is good, and there is often live music.

We are out of towners who came here for lunch. It was a holiday weekend and they were busy and we had a party of five. The hostess greeted us and seated us immediately. Our waitress got our drinks and took our food requests right away. Food came out fast and super tasty! I had the Southern fried chicken sandwich, the pizza was also delicious, shrimp basket was enjoyed by my Mom. Couldn’t believe how fast and friendly the service was on a busy holiday weekend! The young women running this place should be applauded and given a raise. Also everyone loved the crispy fries and lakeside views. If you are a tourist looking for a nice bite, look no further! They also special made a chocolate milk for my kiddo ❤

Great service. We were sat immediately even though they looked pretty swamped. The food was pretty darn good. The fries were really really good. My only complaint would be that they kept the indoor area very cold. I found myself looking forward to leaving so I could go warm up outside. Other than that, this place is great.

Hey, we didn't order any food, but everyone else's food looked delicious and smelled amazing! So I can't really rate the food, but everything else was great! We sat at the outside bar near the water, and the bartender was super friendly and remembered us from the one other time we were there, which was like 9 months ago! There's a decent amount of seating inside and out, and the view of the water is really pretty. They have an outside stage for live music in the summer, and they even have a cornhole set up. It's a really social atmosphere, and I definitely recommend it!

We had 8 adults and 5 small kids in our party. We were seated quickly. We asked for the kids food to be served first and it was! Our meals were delicious and the service was prompt and courteous especially for such a large party. Highly recommend this restaurant.

It’s Lakeside. One of the best spots around - the food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is outstanding, and the staff couldn’t be more friendly, prompt and on point. Had Sal as a server Saturday afternoon and he was fantastic. Would recommended him to anyone that ever visits.

Beautiful place to dine! Brit was our server and she was amazing and so pleasant! The food was great and perfect for our 6 kids!

Had an awesome burger and fries on the deck overlooking the lake. Food came out really quickly. Glad we found this spot while out on the bikes.

Fish & chips excellent, fresh, firm & moist, dumplings also fresh and perfect flavor, so good wife would not share, dipping sauce would be good on anything.

We LOVED our visit here! We found it by chance through a sign we read on our drive. The lawn is beautiful! We played corn hole and drank a few beers. We received such great service. Wednesday night wings are delicious and very fast! We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you!

What a gem of a place. Service was quick and super friendly. The food was excellent. The fish basket and shrimp basket were delicious. The French fries are out of this world.

This is a great stop on the lake. The atmosphere is amazing, and the food is decent. Unfortunately, they got rid of their mozzarella sticks, which were great. The menu is a little bland but the prices are decent and the staff is usually very busy so service isn't stellar but the atmosphere and drinks make up for it! Lake access is great from the boats, the live music is awesome and the energy their is so much fun. It's definitely worth a visit if you are looking to top off your lake day with some good food, music, and some corn hole!!

Food is decent (a little pricey) and the bartenders were extremely friendly. I will be back.

Always good food and service, plus the views are amazing.

A nice little bar on Sacandaga Lake. They have a nice bar menu and often have specials. Currently they are featuring an Octoberfest menu in addition to their regular menu. I had Jaeger schnitzel made with veal and my bride had Weiner Schnitzel made with Chicken. Each meal came with a potato pancake, spaetzele and Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage. It was truly delicious. They also have a nice selection of beer and cider on tap. The only criticizism I have is that the selections are not descriptive enough to make an informed decision. The beer listings give the alcohol content but don't specify the IBU's or the type of hops used. The bar has both inside and outside seating. It is directly on Sacandaga Lake and is beautiful. We certainly will be frequenting the Lakeside Tavern.

Excellent Salad w/ special house sauces, Great Atmosphere, Active Marina, Great Vibrations and good house seasonings of shrimp n chips.

Nice restaurant with great service. We were there is september and it was bit crowded. We did get table in no time. Server was courteous and food really good. We were overlooking water body and boats. Kid had chocolate shake and I had fish. No complaints about food. There were harmless couple of bees which was moving table to table causing little discomfort. Overall great place to stop by if around.
