Eli (@ Ralston Rd Arvada store) patiently listened to my long winded explanation of my problem and he hooked me up with a solution which fixed my problem, and much cheaper than the dealer! Eli and the GM helped me late last year also so how could I not leave a 5 star review (and I never post reviews). Excellent

Battery in my car was dying and I called around to get a replacement. Called Interstate Battery which I've used for years, and spent a lot of money, had a battery but NO one was able to install?? So, I called Advance Auto Parts and yes they had the battery and YES someone to install it. Price the same.
Elijah helped me with the purchase and installation. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and my customer experience was superb.
Won't be going back to Interstate Battery.

After receiving a questionable recommendation from a shop on replacing the battery in one of our vehicles, we decided to come by Advance Auto for an independent opinion. Chad was super helpful, laid out what we’d be looking at pricing wise before even beginning any tests should we need a new battery, and then tested our battery and alternator to show we had no issues going on. As we talked we also received some great recommendations on trusted local shops to check out in the future. Thanks, Chad.

Very nice people super helpful. I've been going there for years. But I do have to tell you you can get your oil and your filters 20-30 cheaper at Walmart same exact product. Sorry guys I love you to death for specialty items but you're getting a little crazy with the pricing. But definitely a customer for life for other parts usually have all parts in stock I need and we'll go out of your way to help me find them so thank you good customer service

There is one night from 2 weeks ago. My light bulb was dead. I came to the store. And it was snowing. So I asked AJ to help find the right light bulbs because i bought head light bulbs before at auto part. They gave me the wrong one. AJ actually listen to my pain, he helped me figure out the right one. Also offered me to put them on. I didn't expect that because it was snowing and the store almost closed. And it was hard to open the cap. It took us 15 mins but AJ wasnt complaint, he still was out there to help me put them on. I really appreciate AJ. At the other store, when i asked them for help, they told me they didnt want to break anything.

The store manager Allen was amazing and helped me with a return. I installed the stuff I got just to find out my engine was toast. He took everything back with no questions. In regards to covid, I saw them all wearing masks and wiping the counters down. Would definitely recommend this Advance!

I have to give this place 5 stars. The service is great. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. They are cool people and like to BS and JK around. They definitely make you feel welcome. I go there first before anywhere else. Allen and the gang are great!

My wife works for the back-end of Advanced Auto Parts, and recommended that I go to this store. I am glad I did. Autozone wouldn't let me size-up my mirror with a new glass mirror replacement. And at this Advanced Auto Parts, they willingly let me walk out and fit it before I purchased it. I love it when people trust those with a good demeanor.

I got there at opening. They were able to help me quickly and both Les and I'm sorry I didn't catch the woman's name that helped me but they were both friendly and got what I needed and had me in my way.

Danny was working today and thank Allah. He was a true blessing to work with. I needed a tow hitch and the only one that would work was a 3 piece tow package. He lended me the proper tools and made sure I was good to go before we left. Thank you again.

Al is an extremely knowledgeable person I’m doing a very involved engine swap and needed some off the wall stuff. He took me to the hose section and showed me all my options. Considering this is very far from where I live (downtown)and this is now my go to store is all I need to day.

I was here to pick up some oil and a filter for my gals Jeep. I ordered online because I got a 20% when I ordered online and just went to pick it up. Very friendly people working at this store. I always go to Advance Auto when I need automotove things as they usually have what I need and get a better price when I order online and always get at least 20% off with the coupons offered on their web site.

These guys are great.Orderd a part and it came on time and actually less then online.Always friendly and helpful.

The guys at this location are just really good at what they do. They helped me tons with my poor beast of a Jeep. No I go there for anything I need on my VW Golf TDI! Great staff, super knowledgable and friendly.
