Always a positive experience coming into these stores! Great customer service! Didn’t catch their name but one of the employees had 10/10 customer service, even helped me take my stuff out to my car when I was too stubborn to opt in for a bag for my stuff. Appreciate your guys’ hard work!

I needed a rear windshield wiper replaced. Came in on a Saturday. Giani was the associate who greeted me and found the part I needed. He also went above and beyond by installing it, because I was confused about how it attached to the outer casing. Great service! I will definitely return to this store for my auto part needs. Tony has been helping me keep my personal fleet in tip top shape the last few years at this location and is always the man to brighten your day even if you’re there because one of your junkers won’t run. A lot of other employees come and go and each has been great. Great location right by some other places you might want to stop and you can swing into old town at the same time.

After purchasing wiper blades, our cashier came out in the freezing rain and actually installed them for us. This was an outstanding customer service experience. It is because of you, Joseph, that makes this Advanced Auto Parts Store one we will revisit.

Andre was so friendly and helpful. Emissions failed my gas cap so we ran to Advanced for a new one. Andre found us the right one and even tried it on to make sure it was a perfect fit. Unfortunately it was not tethered but he called the nearest store ànd had them hold one for me.

Don't normally do reviews buuuut. Everytime I go in, I always have a good experience. There's a guy there who's nick name is fluffy 😂 he probably doesn't remember me but he's helped me out a lot. He always goes above and beyond. It's not just him though. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. I've been to a lot of parts store in my life and this one is my favorite.

Always love coming to this location. Staff is always super knowledgeable, friendly, and are usually great with work arounds if you can't get the exact parts or pieces you're looking for. I would definitely recommend this location for your automotive needs.

Hector is truly amazing!! I went in today to get a fuse for my cigarette charging port and on the way there my son lost this tooth. My son was proudly showing me his tooth and I bumped his hand and the tooth fell down into the emergency break cavity. My son was very upset and I felt horrible. I mentioned this Hector when I was buying the fuses and he said he had an idea and could possibly help. He came to the car where my son was still trying to get the tooth out and used a grasping tool to retrieve the tooth. Hector literally saved our day!! No more tears from my son and we were both very thankful.

Hector is so very helpful and personable kind man. He didn’t have to come help but he did and it really did turn a sad situation a happy one!!

Hats off to Hector. He deserves a raise!!!

Hector, Martin, Fluffy, the man who rescued me from a dragon. But for real, he went out of his way to make the experience 100. This was my second time having his help and each was a joyful experience at a place that normally seems overwhelming. THANK YOU!

Edit: Returned again to my favorite auto store (I've never had a favorite 😎) and the help was top notch, again. Hector and the staff are friendly and Soo helpful. Everytime I come they not only solve my issue, help me with the right parts, but also provide additional information and help which I feel goes beyond their duties. Thanks to them we are back on the road driving safely.

Hector Martin was fantastic, excellent customer service, Hector answered my questions without rushing through each transaction. He helped with the exact part I needed. Hector saved me money And applied coupons.

I was was told by my shop that my Subaru needed about $1600 dollars in work, I went to advance Auto to see how much the parts were going to be and I talked to Hector there and he said he was a Subaru tech and check the paperwork that the shop gave me and advised me that my car didn't need all that work,he was super friendly and helpful, he was able to go outside and check my Subaru out.all it was was a tune up and two sensors.I spent $225 and was able to do all the work my self because Hector showed me on YouTube where to watch "How to" videos to fix my Subaru. His knowledge of Subarus really saved me time and money! As long as he is at this store I'll keep going there for what ever I may need.

Hector was so friendly and helpful! I needs new operating blades and he is a window wiper guru! He help me find the exact blades in my price range installed it and even filled my window wiper fluid! Will definitely be back.

Hector and Nico were totally awesome! They stayed after closing to help me w/ a part I needed pressed out and didn't stop until it was finished. What a life saver! I'd go out of my way to go back to that same store located at 55th and Wadsworth! Thanks guys!

Had a wonderful experience here at advanced auto parts came in to buy a new battery, was helped by Hector and he was wonderful, very helpful and got me in and out. Installed my battery in a jiffy as well as entertained my 7 year old. Haha I recommend this auto parts store over any.

Hector saved me at least $100.00 today! My brake lights would not go off, so i went down to this store to buy a portable jump starter in case it drained my battery. He was kind enough to come out and take a look at my old Jeep Grand Cherokee, saw what the problem was (a brake light switch) and showed my son what he would need to do to replace it at home! Cost of the switch? under $20.00!! THANK YOU SO MUCH HECTOR!! We are now loyal customers!

Every time I come in this particular location at least five to six days a week my boy Matt at the front counter is on point and not to mention he got the jams playing on Sunday but all in all and our seriousness this is one of the best stock stores as well as the voice knowledge of all auto parts stores I've been to in the past before I give this place high five and top honors and a special shout out to my boy Matt
