We visited late in the day for a tire rotation. Eric and the team were professional, kind, and thorough. The estimated time our car would be ready was accurate. I hope to visit again.

Went in for a tire rotation. Jesse was very nice. Waited 1 1/2 hour but that was fine. I was not in a hurry and plus I didn't have an appointment

Just had tires rotated. Very impressed with every staff member I came in contact with. Very friendly and very professional. I only get tires at Discount Tires because of that. Great job!!

They are very polite and friendly. Quick to assist and get the job done. Minor inconvenience where a security lug lock was broken. However, they replaced them with an updated set. Will come again if needed, and I'm in the area.

Showed me why couldn't fix my one soft tire; then explained age, wear and year of all tires. Bought 4 new tires and in an hour was safely on my way.

Went this morning to get my car tires checked. I needed 2 new tires. Which I purchased. The sales man Javier H. was nice n courteous and helpful. He inspected the tires which I needed. I want to first thank Ruben for addressing our situation professionally and providing a resolution. I typically buy tires at Costco because of the warranty and roadside assistance and free tire repair. I was price shopping when I decided to buy tires in Sept and the rep that assisted me at the time took the time to explain the warranty discount tires had to offer and assured me I was receiving a better quality of tire than what I was going to buy at Costco. I decided to give Discount Tire a try. It is now beginning of March (6 months later) and very few miles are put on this car as my son drives to and from work and school and the thread was very low. I had my son take the car in as we had the warranty and to my surprise the agent that sold me the service and with “better tires and more coverage” did not include the warranty. There was no confusion on my end the young man took the time to explain the warranty and gave my son the information to put in his glove box and made sure we were not spending more than what I would at Costco and was getting better coverage and tires. Ruben was able to make the matter right and added coverage for us which we did have to pay for since it wasn’t previously added and he got the two front tires replaced at no cost. Ruben took the time to listen and make matters right and also made me feel like despite the mistake I can trust doing business with Discount Tires. I truly believe the error was a clerical error. We are all human and make mistakes. I appreciate the fact that Ruben and his management team and I will continue to have trust in your company and workmanship. We also appreciate your recommendation for alignment as the vehicle drives so much better!

Great service very professional, hard-working people specially, ALBERTO R. He was able to get me in on a busy day the reason was that I needed to leave to Indiana and they were able to install new tires on my motorhome The work was performed flawlessly.

I have been going to Discount Tire for as long as I can remember. I have never had an issue. Asked for Toyo AT III’s and boom, appointment made and on the Jeep. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the tires and always more than satisfied with the service. J. (Ram) Ramirez made it happen quick fast and in a hurry.
