I am so grateful that I came across y’all’s website! Due to my vehicle being in the shop, and having no luck with any of the delivery apps, my vape options have either been limited to one gas station’s choices or, due to ride fares, too expensive. I finally broke down and decided I would order online and was hoping to find 1-2 day shipping without astronomical shipping fees. Thankfully, I found New Leaf Vape! They offer shipping and in store pick up, but more importantly, they offer local delivery! I was able to choose a time and even track when the driver was on the way and arrived. When I saw the tracking said arrived, I went outside and noticed the driver was in front of my neighbors. At no fault of the delivery driver, my neighbor had accepted my order and went inside. After realizing, we both went to the door and I knocked in hopes of retrieving my order, but after ringing the doorbell and waiting it was clear that my neighbor had no interest or intentions on returning the package. This is where I want to express my upmost appreciation and gratitude— The man making the delivery apologized for the mishap and drove all the way to the store and back to redeliver my order to ME. I forgot to ask his name, but I wanted to at the very least post a review to say how much this meant to me and that I will now be a loyal costumer and I hope anyone reading this will become one too! Thank you!!

I am relatively new to the area , had been going to my previous vape shop for years, kind of skeptical of going to a new shop but these guys are amazing! Even better service than at my previous shop , everyone always goes above and beyond to meet your service needs & I couldn’t be happier with their products & the fact the local delivery is available. Awesome experiences with everyone, as well as the couriers! Please check this place out , you won’t be disappointed! 🙌🏽

Went into the store to get a replacement glass for my shikra vape and they didn’t have it, they tried alot of different type of glass they have in stock until they find a fit. They gave me the glass for free.Great customer service and friendly staff. This will be my new vape shop.

This place is one of a kind. I found them on Google. I am a newbie when it comes to vaping. I used to smoke Newports, and now I'm very happy that this has weaned me off cigarettes completely, and now I have no desire for it. Maybe eventually, I'll stop vaping as well, but for now, this helps. The gentlemen were so informative and very, very helpful towards me by answering any questions that I may have had and to help guide me in the decision-making of what to choose from. The RAZ Dragon Fruit Lemonade was a great flavored choice, AND I love my lanyard that came with it. I would definitely go back to that location because they are worthy of the business. Customer service means everything to me. Thank you!

Had my first experience here today and left very satisfied! Jasmine took care of me and was great at explaining everything, even with my thousand questions because I'm new to this. Love that you can try as many flavors as you want. Very clean store and the other staff were very outgoing and friendly! Highly recommend this place and will be back for different flavors down the road! Two thumbs up!

Great customer service! Jestin answered all my questions and helped me get more familiar with CBD products. Bobby was sweet as well and even gave me some of his artwork after we got to chatting. Would recommend highly! 😊

I have nothing but fabulous things to say about this store. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with very friendly faces by name. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful with all my needs. They take their time with each customer and do not rush them..even if there are other customers waiting. The store is very clean and the employees ALWAYS make sure I walk out a happy customer and I am happy with their services. I don't see how anyone could complain about this store on Blanding. Other stores should be sent their for training. Thanks guy's for never letting me down! Keep up the awesome work!! 👏

I have been "vaping " since it came out, and have tried many, many shops in 3 different cities. And wow! Honestly this is the best shop I have ever been to. No BS! I don't have any affiliation besides being a very happy customer. They are respectful, pleasant and enjoyable!! They know what they are doing and have impeccable customer service! The other stores are great but this is the cream of the crop! If you want good service,reasonable prices and great product come here! I wouldn't shop anywhere else!!!! Just ask for Jasmine or George and you won't leave disappointed!!!!

I just want to say that I'm not normally a guy that writes a review. I'm writing because I am so impressed with the quality of service that my wife and I receive at New Leaf in Orange Park. Alex took care of us like we were the only people in the place. If management cares that much for an individual, imagine how much more the employees that they trained,care. They weren't about selling me anything, instead they informed me of my choices and made recommendations that were symbiotic with my lifestyle. Needless to say I drive an extra 10 miles to go to that shop in Orange Park. I am so impressed with them that I find reasons to go in there just for the experience! Definitely try them out.

Very quiet and chill environment and Bobby was very knowledgeable of the products. Left with some good flavored juices and a new device! Highly recommend this location if you need new juices, equipment, or are just looking for a place to hangout.

I was so happy to get the caliburn a2 device and pods at a physical location. Huge selection of flavors. The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. Recommended some delightful flavors. Best vape store I've been to.

I absolutely love this place. The employees are personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. They make for a wonderful trip to refill my fluid, or change out my filter. I have never, ever ran into any issues whatsoever since going. They are always a joy to speakful, and always willing to help- no matter how dumb or obscure the question. I will never go anywhere else. Ever.

Called in to ask for info & was given exactly what I needed. Once I arrived at the (extremely clean & well kept) store everything was exactly the same as it had been on the phone. The guy even noticed my military ID sticking out of my wallet when I pulled my card& gave me a little discount. Everyone I spoke to was very personable & professional.

The initial walk in was super awkward, the female employee was just standing at the counter doing absolutely nothing. She made eye contact with me but didn’t greet or acknowledge me at all while I was looking at the display. The male employee was assisting 2 other customers, once he finished up with them he instantly made his way over to accommodate me. He was so friendly and helpful with recommendations and instructions about how care for the pen. After making the sale he sat down with me to help understand every aspect of the pen. Overall I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service from the male employee. Wish I could remember his name. If you are a cigarette smoker and plan to switch to a vape I would recommend bringing in your pack of cigarettes in with you, they will give you a certain % off of your purchase for switching to vape. They also have a pretty cool exchange policy on oils. If your not happy with your purchase they will exchange it for another as long as it’s half way full.

** Updated: I've increased them to five stars. My last visit only continues to prove why I rated them highly last time. I've decided that while their juice is a bit more pricey than other shops it's usually more refined/better flavor. Also, most importantly, they honor warranties easily. As in, the last time I went in and described how the USB port on my battery failed they switched it out in less than two minutes. That, along with taking back a flavor if you don't like it (so long as you haven't used more than a tank full) means a ton to me. That ease/support is worth the price.

I've been going here for nearly a year now. Friendly staff that have always been worthy of a five rating. I've only rated it a four due to the cost of the juice itself. I generally chalk that up to convenience though and not to mention they have a point system that'll get you a few dollars off (sometimes tens of dollars off) depending on how much you've purchased.

Again, great employees. Nice clean store.
