Gatwood Body Shop

It is rare for me to walk into a “car place” of any kind without feeling like I’m being scammed and need a soul cleansing, but Gatwood was extremely different from the moment we arrived. Everyone was genuinely kind, down to earth, and doing everything they could to get us repaired and out the door for the least amount of money possible. Rather than quoting me several thousand dollars and claiming work that didn’t really need to be done was “necessary”, the guys at Gatwood got our car road suitable in minutes, ordered some secondhand parts in the same year, make, model, and color of our vehicle, and scheduled us to come back for final repair. The crew at Gatwood was so delightful that my extremely socially anxious child had no issues returning for final repair alone and was happy to hang out and be entertained by the employees’ jovial antics while they worked. Hopefully we won’t need any body work in the future, but if we do, there is no chance we will go anywhere but Gatwood and we will be telling everyone we know to do the same!

Best body shop, best folks, best customer service. Honest, hard working people at this shop. In 2024 it’s hard to find people concerned about quality work, but they ARE! Super quick, but very thorough. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Keith (I think was his name). Was a delight to deal with concerning my car. It's never a good day usually, If you are taking your car to a body shop. So when someone takes the time to bring a little light to a "Not so great, Experience". Stands out above many. Cannot say much YET, about the work that they provide. But from all that I have heard. I'm sure I will not be disappointed. But, will update when that time comes.

The guys at Gatwood worked with us to get my daughter's car repaired after her accident several hours away at college. Awesome work and the whole experience was easy and quick.

I had something dragging under my car (metal heat plate and the liner) and I needed a quick fix before driving back to Jackson. The had me fix in no time.
The owner, manager and the person who fixed my car were all so nice.
It was a small repair, but they took the time to work on my car and treat me like their number one customer.

I was rear ended and the insurance company stated that I could take my car to any body shop of my choosing. I took 2 days to shop around and finally settled on Gatwood. I'm glad I did. They had me fixed up and ready to roll out within a couple days. Everyone there were very nice and pleasant.
