Food is always cooked to order and delicious. Today our driver and I didn't get his name , delivered during a rain storm .W such a warming smile even soaken wet. All drivers are always courteous. Once again a great meal and experience

We stopped here for carryout Aug. 20th. Everything was perfect from the crust, sauce, toppings and customer service 😙👌 Thank you Pizza Hut. I always drive an extra few miles because this Pizza Hut is our favorite 😍

This Pizza Hut is the best when it comes to the manager who runs it. If your a local you should stop in and see how short staffed they are and it would alter your view on why wait time's are so backed up. The Franchise owner is the problem not the buissness which staffs locals. When it comes to the food I have only had one issue but it was immediately resolved without hesitation.

Pizza Hut closed at 11 pm New Year's Day. I placed my order via mobile app at 10:20 pm, and pizza was at my door, piping hot and delicious at 10:50 pm! Delivery driver was friendly and helpful!

I ordered online. I also forgot my coupon🤦‍♀ I called to ask if it could still be honored. Without skipping a beat they got my code and fixed my stupidity. They were helpful and polite.
My order was delivered super fast and my driver, Jacob, was also polite and helpful!

Good job Sneads Ferry Pizza Hut!

I ordered at 9:04 and the email confirmation I got said it would be delivered by 9:57. Didn't arrive until 10:41 when my family was now asleep. There was no attempt by the staff to call and let me know how far behind they were and when the pizza finally did arrive it was cold! There are way too many better pizza place to eat in the ferry to even waste your time with this one!

UPDATE: After this experience, I was contacted and while they couldn't change what happened, they did provide me a credit. Since the above post, I have ordered several times from them without any issues. I am now giving them 5 stars for their customer service and promptness to correct the issue.

Order 1-2 times a month and haven't had a bad experience since it opened. You either like the taste and style of Pizza Hut pizza, or you don't. If you like it, you will be happy with this location.

I once ordered pizza and wings for carry out on the way home from work, and when I got there I still had to wait a bit, which I expected. After a bit of a wait, one of the employees realized they never started my wings. They doubled my order for free as compensation which brightened my night. For a minor inconvenience I got double the wings. That impressed me, and I will continue to come back.

Very good pizza 10 times better than dominos

Ate here for lunch one day, small dining area. Pretty much a take out place, and food is about what you'd expect from any pizza hut, I love they're pizza and wings are tasty too. What makes this place really shine is the workers going out of their way to help, answering all my questions and being really professional and nice. Wish all pizza huts had employees like this. Thanks!

Requested a large Pan pizza with the maximum amount of sauce and extra cheese. It was awesomely delicious. Kudos to the Sneads Ferry store!

Ordered carry out on August 11th and the staff were professional even though you could tell they were short staffed while also being overwhelmed. The pan pizza was excellent and I would gladly order again.

We love this pizza hut!!! I just wish the deep dish tasted as good as it does for dine-in when you order to go. I guess just something about sitting in that deep dish pan they bring to your table... But it's good here nonetheless... Staff is super friendly and welcoming as well!

I am a Pizza Hut fan through and through and I truly believe that this is my favorite location I’ve ever been to.

Haven't been in for a while and I have to say...I will be back more often. The young gentleman that I spoke with and took care of me was the most respectful, personable, knowledgeable young man ever. The place is clean and welcoming. Great service!!!

Very friendly, food was absolutely wonderful except was overly cooked. I will give them one more chance on the cook time before I decide my solid answer on a yes or no. As of now it is a maybe. Let's get it together guys.
