I'm extremely disappointed for the first time. Although appreciating the upgrade to the utility poles on main Street, there was no communication about the maintenance that is being done 8/1/23. I work from home and suddenly at 923am all power went off. I went outside as they were coming to tell me sorry for the inconvenience but it would be 3 to 4 hours before it would be restored. It is now 207pm and it is still down. I lost an entire day of paid work. Not to mention the full frig that I'm praying the contents are OK.
A note in the mailbox is all it would have taken for me to find an alternative workspace. Unscheduled or outages due to weather can not be predicted but this however could have and it would have been nice for the village to have been more proactive to is residents.

Told them about a street light that was messing up on Main Street by Philadelphia courts n and they haven’t done anything about it yet
