Clean, modern, comfortable facility. I was seen very quickly. Staff was friendly, helpful, professional and pleasant. The nurse, Megan, was exceptional - very skilled at drawing blood and finger sticks. She explained everything fully and was very knowledgeable. Everyone was so nice. I highly recommend it.

My 88 year old mother received complete very friendly and professional care from the entire staff at SouthStar Urgent Care. They answered ALL our questions and concerns!!!!!! We also experienced a very short wait time.
Megan (nurse) was extremely patient and went above and beyond with her care. She explained in detail what we needed to do to take care of my mother’s wound and her new medications.
I also called the next morning with a couple of questions and she answered them in a very timely manner.
I would highly recommend the Urgent Care location in New Roads.
