LYV Fitness Megaformer Studio

Today was my first private training at LYV megaformer studio. I absolutely loved it. I worked muscles that I haven’t worked in a long time in a very controlled and safe atmosphere. Any level can do this workout Anthony was very kind and very professional. I absolutely recommend everybody trying this out. It is amazing. The studio is beautiful and clean and brand new. The equipment is fabulous. I Will absolutely be back for more and more and more and more‼ Thank you, Anthony 🤗

I took my first ever Megaformer class with Anthony at LYV Fitness when I was visiting Palm Springs and LOVED it!! Anthony is a knowledgeable instructor and prepared us for each move, making for smooth transitions throughout the class. He is patient and engaged with everyone in the class.

I left feeling rejuvenated, energized, and fulfilled. I highly recommend trying his class; you won’t regret it!

I just took my first class at the studio, and I have to say that it was an amazing experience! The owner Anthony is such a gem. He makes you feel super welcome and he really tailored the workout to all the different ability levels in the room. He was so much fun to take class from and his personality really made the experience special. The studio is beautiful, clean, and inviting. Lagree is hands-down the best workout I’ve ever done, and I’m so excited to see that Palm Springs finally has an amazing Lagree studio!

This is such a great addition to our local Palm Springs fitness scene! The studio is immaculate, and the smaller size makes each class feel as though you're taking a private lesson. Anthony is a great instructor, and the studio is just the best. The music is upbeat but not overwhelming and his flow made for a doable but challenging workout. Love that there is a lagree studio in Palm Springs with such a positive and enthusiastic owner! Can't wait to take my next class.

I have trained with LA with Sebastian Lagree for almost 20 years and was thrilled to find Anthony and LYV Fitness in the desert! The studio is immaculate and with only 6 megaformers, you get very personalized attention. Anthony is a great trainer and I cannot recommend his studio enough!

I am so thrilled there is a great, new Megaformer studio in Palm Springs! I go once a year to PS and saw that LYV was opening during one of our trips. Anthony was so helpful and communicative when I emailed to ask about classes and timing. The three classes I took at the studio were great. I left sweating, shaking, and thrilled to get an amazing workout in during my vacation. I've been doing Lagree for 8 years, but Anthony still had many expert tips and pointers for me on form and technique. He is a challenging instructor while also making everyone feel welcome and comfortable and accommodating about injuries and capabilities. The studio is bright and airy and welcoming. The machines are awesome: the newest model of the EVO. I can't wait to go back to LYV next time I'm in Palm Springs. Anthony is a talented and inspired fitness coach and owner.

I love this place! Anthony is a great teacher, very patient but also funny and inspiring. I’m loving Lagree and what it’s doing for my body. I’ve noticed changes after just a few workouts. Its a great addition to lifting at the gym and gives you a whole body workout in 40 minutes.

Had a fabulous experience at LYV Fitness with Anthony! He was a wonderful instructor and the class was super fun and informative. Decided to stop by on a whim during a Palm Springs weekend trip, highly recommend LYV Fitness for a great start to the day!

I had my first class today and it was great. Anthony was amazing at giving instruction and coaching the class. I will definitely be doing more LYV classes and possibly making this my main workout. It was a very challenging low-impact class that made me sweat. I am looking forward to strengthening my core and body with these workouts.

Anthony is a not only a great coach, but he makes working out fun for us!! He is very dedicated, kind, and encouraging!

Anthony and the culture he’s created in Palm Springs is incredible! This workout continues to be challenging and so inclusive for every person in the room. I have taken over 50 classs and it has changed my body! What a welcomed addition to the Coachella in the lagree method. Everyone should be so lucky to have this studio in their community!!!

We had such a fun time in Anthony’s class! As lagree beginners, we so appreciated his encouragement, enthusiasm, and instruction. The best part? Ending the class with heavenly cool towels that were beautifully scented.

Anthony is amazing! He is an expert at Megaformer, stretching and yoga. Very patient, and really listens to what I want to work on. So glad I was referred to him! I'm hooked. BTW, the studio is very clean and he has done a great job pulling it together. I HIGHLY recommend him!!

LYV Fitness was amazing! Anthony is a great instructor and the space is perfect! This is the only Lagree Studio in Palm Springs and I’m so glad Anthony brought it here! Still shaking and can’t wait to go back

Love, love, love Lagree so happy Anthony brought it back to Palm Springs. Love the Studio, Megaformer & Anthony. I use to do it all the time 16 years ago. I realize I was in so much better shape even though I still workout all the time. You really need the isolation slower movements working those muscle fibers. Great to add to your workout regimen. Really a MUST. Getting stronger each class :)))

I’m beyond thrilled to 1) have a Lagree studio within walking distance of my home and 2) to have an incredible teacher like Anthony. I’d never done Lagree prior to trying out his class and I’m thankful he was my first time. As you want with most first time experiences, he was communicative, encouraging, and patient. He thoroughly explained each move and corrected my form when needed. I can’t say enough good things about the studio, equipment, or Anthony.

This review is long overdue, but this is hands-down by far the best studio that I have been to in the desert. Anthony is not only phenomenal but his energy and presence is so motivational throughout the entire workout. His positive and upbeat attitude is infectious and it shows how much passion, pride and love he pours into each workout. The studio in itself is immaculate and pristine. There is a positive energy that makes you want to come back for more. The workout is intense, and you can feel specific muscles that you didn’t even know you had feel the burn with each exercise! This is the cherry on the cake! Lyv is exactly what Palm Springs needed. Can’t wait to see results. Run, dont walk and try it out for yourselves!

I was visiting from out of town and went to a morning class here. Best decision ever! Absolutely loved the class. Anthony had great energy, pace, and I really appreciated his coaching, words of affirmation. I will definitely be back.

Such an amazing environment and class. The class itself is challenging and supportive with meaningful adjustments to get the most out of your workout. The cold towel at the end of class is the perfect touch to the perfect experience.
