Extra Space Storage

The facility is easy to access and the rental experience was very smooth. Needed an extra storage unit at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. Even gave me one close to the other unit to make it easier and included a lock with the deal. Would rent here again if I need extra storage space.

Would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility to anyone. Not only are their prices competitive but the customer service is excellent. The facility is super clean and easy to access. Chloe was amazing she helped me sort out my booking and was always available to speak to personally. She goes above what you expect super friendly and willing to help. Thanks Chloe for everything!

We came to rent a storage unit. Chloe was super helpful and made sure we chose the right size for our needs. This place is super clean, has carts that are great for bringing in your stuff, and is central to where we are located. We are happy we went with Extra Space Storage in Palm Coast.

Extra Space Storage is a very nice facility but what separates Extra Space from the competition is your Manager at the Palm Coast location, Chloe.
Over the years I have had several storage facilities in different states where I have lived. The day I visited the Palm Coast facility, I was the 3rd potential customer in line. After a 15 minute wait, I might have been inclined to leave but decided to wait based on the professional service I watched Chloe perform on the 2 potential customers ahead of me. Without any conversation, except Chloe greeting me, the way she handled the people ahead of me told me this was where I wanted to be. I wasn't disappointed. When it was my turn and I asked to view a specific unit, we went to it. I then asked to see 3 other sized units, and we again started the tour. Comparing Chloe's people skills with those of your completion here and my experiences in other places in the USA was night and day. I knew before renting, that with Chloe in charge there would be no problems of the type suffered at other facilities in the past. As I said above your facility here is very nice but your manager Chloe, here in Palm Coast, puts it over the top,

Their customer service was wonderful! Very clean building & great unit I had at their Pine Lakes Pkwy bldg in Palm Coast! Bart was awesome to deal with, as well as the gentleman that closed out my account (I forget his name) on 6/29/24 :)

Then I moved into a unit at their new bldg. off Old Kings Rd. in Palm Coast & dealt with sweet Chloe! She was the best! :)

Chloe is the best. I would definitely recommend extra space storage to anybody. It’s very clean and well maintained. Chloe does a very good job in maintaining it. And the price of units are very reasonable from small to large I give these guys a five star. These guys were there for me when I had nowhere else to turn Great value thank you

Karena and Chloe were super nice and helpful to move in and helpful in the details. Would definitely use this place again. it's a little secluded but even better no turtle necks around watching us move our things. Storage unit was clean and big enough for all our stuff. High ceilings to stack or for very tall furniture.

Chloe has been so helpful, attentive, patient and knowledgeable during this stressful relocation cross state. She rates 10 stars from us! The extra space climate control is the BEST! I choose you and recommend your facility!

Excellent space. New, clean and well managed.. Chloe was outstanding and accommodating holding 2 units close to my husband’s units until I could make the transfer from an exceeding expensive storage facility. Was able to secure a 10’ x 20’ unit double the size for 1/3 of the cost I had been spending. S great move indeed!

Great facility. Clean and totally air conditioned. Roll around carts provided to assist with loading. Competitive pricing with discounts offered for online reservations. Manager, Chloe , is very helpful. Would highly recommend this facility.

This place is immaculate, cold AC, well lit, has hand carts, a restroom, and water fountains. Chloe, the manager, is super nice and made the process quick and easy. Prices are pretty good, too.

This is one of the cleanest and secure facilities I have been too. Excellent climate control units and available carts. I was in the facility on a sun with my movers and they too were impressed.
Chole went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting us in opening 2 storages.
Chole was professional, responsive to questions,
Resourceful and taking us to to your units.
I give Chole 10 stars and the facility as a whole as well. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a clean, secure, excellent customer service and overall storage experience.
