Great customer service. Mia was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me options that help me decide to acquire a unit. The check in process took less than 10 minutes. The units are super clean and bug clean. I rented a climate control unit. The air conditioning is awesome. I highly recommend this business.

The online sign up was very easy and I was able to secure a unit the same day. There were choices for the available units which was very beneficial. No problems.

I've used Extra space several times. Very pleased with customer service. They have the friendly atmosphere you don't get with other large storage companies. You may not think this is important, but if something happens who would you rather deal with? A company to help you fix whatever or someone that shouts company policy at you? They went out of their way to help me. Bart was awesome at the counter and Windy Lopez was Fantastic in the call center. She helped me get my first month free and her personality was spectacular! Not enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Their prices are better than their competitor down the street!( C.S. ) I will be back again if I need storage. It's clean, and they spray for bugs. Bugs are hard to control because it's Florida! I've lived here 42 years and bugs are everywhere in this state. All we can do is try and control them. Nope not saying bugs are in Extra Space, just saying they are very hard to control in our climate

Once again it was done super fast to rent additional two units at Extra Space Storage at Palm Coast Pkwy. Andrew, the attendant, did navigate through the rental policy explaining each of the aspects in a great detail and super clarity. Overall it was done “in-and-out” at no time.
Andrew has demonstrated a spectrum of great skills in customer relationships.

Excellent experience with Extra Space Storage so far. I’m currently using two units and everything is going great. I appreciate that I’ve been contacted by ESS representatives asking if everything was to my standard and if there was anything else I needed. No issues whatsoever.

Bart was extremely attentive to my needs. Explain all my options and was able to find exactly what I needed within my budget. I had two little ones with me and he was pleasant and worked as fast as possible to get me set up so the little ones didn't have to wait long and we were on our way
