The customer service here is amazing! They do fantastic work on my vehicle but they take great care of me as a customer as well. They go above and beyond. They also take great care of their employees which is such a fantastic thing to see in today's world. Thank you to Mike and his team. I would recommend Auto Exchange to anyone looking for a service shop or if you are in need of a new vehicle as well. They can take care of your needs.

Originally went to Auto Exchange for a second opinion to repair a leaking valve on my 2011 Escape, a $2000+ repair. Auto exchange was able to find me a certified used engine with less miles. The first auto shop did not even tell me this was a possible course of action. Taking this route saved me over $500 and rid me of a problematic engine.

Since then all my auto repairs have gone through Auto Exchange. Their service center is always able to get my cars in and an estimate back to me with in 24 hours. Auto Exchange has always quoted my repairs fairly and the work has always been done correctly the first time.

I have been taking my car here over the last couple of years and they always do a great job! Their team always does a great job of explaining any work that needs to be done and provides me an accurate assessment and quote before they get started on any work. I will continue to take my car here and will refer them to anyone I know!

Friendly, know their job, quickn and easy process. Listened to what I was looking g for and had the perfect fit ready when I got there,set up for test drive.
