My family and I just purchased our new home in the area and during renovations, we discovered a little… problem in our new house. Go Forth was quick to get us scheduled and Canon came out the next day and treated our whole house and garage! I set up a bimonthly plan to treat and maintain our home. It was a pleasure to coordinate our prevention plan with Mattania who was very friendly and professional over the phone. She was able to schedule our initial visit with Canon for the next day.

We were given a 2-hour time expectancy window and notified when Canon was about 40 minutes out from our house. He arrived well within the specified time, was patient while we notified our neighbors whose cats sometimes venture on to our property, gave helpful tips, explained the prevention process and what to expect moving forward, and was just super pleasant to work with (fur baby and two-legged child also approved).

Looking forward to providing an update on prevention effectiveness after a few months of service, but A+ so far on professionalism, communication, and friendliness!

Mike at Go Forth Pest Wilmington is very responsive. I have a vacation rental property and it is extremely important to be pest free. I am on a service where they come out once a month to spray. A technician comes out the same day or next day to hit any areas of concerns if need service any between scheduled appointments. I have been using them for two years. I have many guest staying at the property and it’s in a beach area that has lots of moisture so ripe conditions for roaches. I see one very infrequently and if I do a technician comes out immediately to spray. They have up to the date technology and I get text reminding me of appointments, and can also see a map view of technicians location to know when they arrive since I am remote. I have had all pleasant experiences with anyone I talk to at the company.

Michael went above and beyond for us. He was very meticulous and made sure to cover every area in and outside of our home. We are super grateful and look forward to seeing no more bugs!!! And he even caught this black widow and her nest, we had no idea about. Thanks again sir!

Flawless experience from start to finish. Called them about a swarm of flying ants that were coming out of my back wall. Booked the estimate online and my technician, Mike Raskay, was on time, extremely friendly, told me upfront the options available and got me the package that I needed with no pressure. He then treated the whole house amd the ant problem and will be back quarterly to treat the house. Very impressed with the service! Definitely recommend!
