Just want to say how much I appreciate everything the staff at the McCall Post Office does. So many times they, and Holly especially, have gone above and beyond for me. With as much as they have to do and deal with everyday, that they take the time and effort to take care of individual customers the way they do is amazing. Thanks and so appreciated!

I recently had a package that was of concern, I called the McCall post office and the postal rep Ms Alley was very courteous and worked diligently to locate the package. She provided me great customer service. She made me feel like a valued customer and that my concern was of importance. Thanks Alley—all the way from Killeen Texas.

There was a line, but the postal worker worked very fast to get everyone through while providing excellent customer service. This post office visit was one of my best experiences.

Staff does their job to the best if their ability, they are very helpful for patient folks who show respect.

I am new in town and had to rent a postal box.very informative and kind clerk. The building is large and well maintained.

Just wish they would recognize addresses…. Telling me the house I live in that has a number doesn’t exist so I had to get a PO Box is pretty annoying..

After a very long day and waiting in a very long line, it would've been nice to have seen strategically placed signage throughout and on the front entrance door that you do not take CASH OR NO 50’s or 100’s.

The clerk said: NOBODY USES CASH ANYMORE.😨 Not true obviously 🌺

Always great counter service at this post office. The lobby area is open 24 hours for access to post office boxes, which is helpful.

Not bad and the staff is friendly. Came in and out with expectations met.

My husband has to leave work multiple times every month, usually weekly or more to pick up mail or packages that they won't deliver. Always marked as "held at customer request", which it isn't. The lady I've spoken to on the phone is very polite and lovely...but I've just never experienced a mail delivery service - that we pay for and that they are paid for - not actually deliver mail so frequently. It's unacceptable.

Do not answer phone during Saturday call hours (10 AM - 1 PM) as told by USPS national customer service agent.

Horrible, Do not trust that your package will EVER shop up on time. I have been waiting three days for a package that was supposed to be delivered and they just keep moving the date after it arrived at their facility 3 days ago. This is not this first time!

Called up to ask information for next day air delivery. Clerk was not helpful, gave vague details about cost being around $100. After making a special trip (100 miles round trip) Clerk discovered a Saturday delivery option was not available. I was also charged a "drop off fee" when I could have dropped
parcel at a location in my town for free.Very unprofessional

Wow. The red headed lady that walks around in circles mumbling to herself maybe, just maybe, would be more suited to a different job.
