I have now found the greatest Value for me and my family!! The customer Service Is professional, simple and friendly and treated me like family!

I was looking for affordable and quality internet service. Tried some of the others they were either expensive or the service was terrible. Omnipotent came in and got me online with greT service at an affordable price. Love it. If you looking for great service that won't kill your pockets give them a holla.

Customer service is very professional on-time repair on time appointment and when you call them they respond is very good they're always very professional with everything they do totally enjoyed and enjoy their service it's so good I get to watch the channels I like watching at a very low cost

My Omnipoint service has been unmatchable. Speed and quality are outstanding and I have never encountered an issue! Will definitely continue to use this service

GREAT SERVICES AND AMAZING SERVICES

Tried this company and it was not a good experience. Service dropped out multiple times. Customer service was unreachable so I returned all the equipment to be refunded. That was 3 months ago and still no refund issued. You cannot get in touch with them at all. This was during the Omnipoint / Datastream debacle.

This is a warning to anyone who is considering services with Omnipoint.
On April 23, I spoke with them to help set-up service at my residence. They confirmed I was good to go, and that they would ship my hardware once payment is issued. I recieved the contract, forms, and payment information, and made my payment that same day to get started.

About 10 days later, I had not recieved hardware, so I tried calling. After several days of attempts (they are impossible to get ahold of) I was told that my equipment was backordered, but would ship the following Monday. On May 18th I called another provider to establish service, and started the process of Omnipoint to cancel my order, and refund my money. The other company installed service the same day.

After several more attempts to call the following day, I finally got a live person. They told me that I should have seen a refund, and that it was processed then, to be completed by the end of the week. Now, another week later and it hasn't arrived.

This company has held my money hostage for nearly 45 days, and feels more like a scam than a service.

Maybe the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The service just stopped and when you finally get a hold of someone they tell you what you want to hear but do not follow through. Honestly stay way from the company unless something drastically improves.

Not answering their phone during business hours!
