Audrey was the associate at the store . There was a line in front of me and in back of me. When it was my turn she did not rush me and was apologetic for the wait. Great customer service even under a stressful situation! We have to remember the associates do not make the prices of cable!!!!

Each experience I have in the Enfield location has been exceptional & worth the trip to go in the Cox Store. They make you feel comfortable & I always leave with a smile

so, I called customer service at 800 number, that did not go well,Terrible service,they keep switching to different department,Finally i called cox in enfiled store,spoke to Adriana ,she was very helpful and honest,she resolved the issue and gave us a great deal and customer service
Thanks to her keeping cox at top notch ,she deserves a Raise

Was pleasantly surprised after reading reviews online about Cox service center in Enfield, CT.
Daniel was very helpful, courteous and polite.
Recommend you ask for Daniel if you need help with your equipment or account.
