Found this bistro on our way to SC while stopping to get gas. Great service and food. We had carnitas, fajita and pastor. Would come back for sure if not this far from home.

We stopped here for a late lunch because there weren’t too many things open and were so impressed! Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. I often judge a restaurant my something simple, like if they put attention and care into a salad. Here, it was the chips and salsa, and they were the best I can remember having at any recent restaurant. They had what I believe was a little avocado tree growing in a pot, which I also found very charming.

Tacos are fantastic, burritos are huge, the kabobs are fresh and big, and the fajitas are yummy. This place is consistently good. It’s family owned and the quality is evident.

One of my favorite places to go eat. Fresh ingredients, delicious food. Very friendly staff.

It's just the simple things. We have just moved from Amarillo, TX, and this place really was good. Even though I am happy about our future in Vermont, it was nice to have a great meal that reminded us of home.. And it won't be the last.. I recommend it 👌..

What a great restaurant! The restaurant made tortilla chips and salsa was just the start of a great experience to come. I then had the Honduran Baleadas with chicken, something I have never had the chance to try. What an awesome surprise! The meal was all very fresh and clearly homemade. The price was also very reasonable. The homemade hot sauce was also awesome and added a great touch to my meal. I could not have been more satisfied. My better half had the chicken fajitas and had the exact same experience as I did! If you would enjoy authentic Spanish based cuisine, then by all means give them a try! The owners of this place have brought something very special to the area, for which we are very thankful!

I traveled 40+ minutes to try this place out, definitely going to come back! Most "Mexican" restaurants around VT have small tacos and burritos...but not this place! The dishes come with large portions that'll guarantee to fill you up and taste authentic. They also offer many dishes from Central America and Honduras (different cuisine than Mexico y'all...) so I highly recommend trying something new if you stop by. 😋

The food was SO GOOD!! We tried it today for the first time and we were not disappointed. From the moment the fresh and still warm tortilla chips hit the table, I was sold. The chicken in the taquitos was delicious, I loved the empanadas, and the burritos are huge! Definitely plan on coming back!

Great spot to grab a bite in this cute little town! Whether I'm ordering my favorite Honduran flautas, burrito bowl or chicken salad, I'm always impressed. This family is amazing, and I'm so glad they persevered! Having moved here from LA 7 yrs ago, one of the main things I miss is good, exotic/diverse food choices, and Garcia's Bistro serves some of the best cuisine I've had in VT. And their homemade hot sauce is an exquisite addition to any meal!

The food and service are outstanding. I loved it both times I went and hope to go back soon.

The food here is absolutely delicious, one of the best restaurants my fiancé and I have been to in a long time. Authentic food with so much flavor! The prices were reasonable as well. I will be reccomending this place to everyone I know 😁🌮

Delicious food with friendly service. (That fresh salsa is sooo good!) Lots of good selections to choose from. Some familiar and others new to us. We are going to have to come back and try more! Side note: it's also fun to pick out familiar faces in the old Enosburgh high school photos imbedded in the tabletops

An amazing place with a cultural experience. From the outside it appears to be another pizza place. I was so wrong. Well worth the trip at even 30 minutes away. The fajitas were excellent. The portion was great. Expect to get a to go box. The price was an added bonus. Thank you Garcia's. You made my day. The bus driver from Brandon Vermont.

Excellent find in Enosburgh! Can't say enough positive things. Stopped by on a whim and will definitely be back! Arguably best tex-mex/ Central American food in the state I've had.

Went to this place for the first time today with my boyfriend, it was all so good! Meat was moist and perfectly cooked, it was so authentic. Rice was perfect! They make their tortilla chips FRESH and they're soo good!! Legit our new favorite restaurant. I wish I took a photo of the food to share here. Birria was incredible. Not too salty, added so much flavor & the cheese stretch was phenomenal. If you like Mexican food you have to go here!!
It was also very quiet, compared to most restaurants, I could talk to my boyfriend without having to shout which is super nice considering his bad hearing.
The waitress was really nice too! Food was completely worth the $$$. Also the desserts are yummy!! I can't say enough nice things about garcias bistro.

Really a great place for authentic Latin food. Food quality and quantity are awesome. People and service are great, as well. It's a regular stop for me. I should note that the hours posted on Google are not accurate. At least, I recently stopped by in the afternoon and was told that they wouldn't actually be open until 5pm.

My favorite kind of place… not pretentious or trying too hard. It was clean, they were friendly, and the food was authentic and delicious. Would definitely go back.

Phenomenal, authentic food in enosburg falls. Try the birria and the Honduran enchiladas! Nice, family run place that is really committed to providing excellent food in a friendly and comfortable environment.
