Crystal’s Floral and Gifts

I ordered flowers online for my mom and grandma. The website was convenient and only took me like 5 minutes. I was nervous about what they would look like.. but when I tell you they were GORGEOUS. I attached the photo my grandma sent me. Both of the arrangements I ordered were so beautiful and made my family happy. I felt like they were really cheap for how many flowers were in there. Will definitely order again!

I have had several bouquets sent to me by Flowers by Crystal and each one of them were unique and absolutely breathtaking! I decided to buy my daughter’s prom bouquet from Crystals this year and it also was nothing short of perfection. Best flower, color and ribbon design in town!

I had no idea where to start with flowers for our wedding. Being from Princeton, WV there are very few, if any, florists, so we somehow found Crystal’s. We met up with her and she was absolutely great. I told her a little bit about what I wanted showing her some example pictures and trying to explain, and she worked her magic. She didn’t ask another single question after that, and she absolutely NAILED our flowers, from the bouquets to the boutonnières! I am so grateful and would DEFINITELY recommend using Crystal for any sort of occasion! Her prices are VERY fair, and she did such a wonderful job, with very little input needed from me. I like using local florist, and found Crystal's Florist online. I called and ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day. Crystal's was so nice on the phone. The flowers are beautiful, and my mom loves them. I don't live in the area, but will tell my whole family there to use Crystal's! Excellent quality and service!

I live out of state & have ordered a hanging basket for my Mother in law for 20 years. I always used the same florist, Flowers by Nancy. Unfortunately they wouldn’t accept anymore Mother’s day orders, this left me looking for another local florist. Thankfully a family member recommended Crystal’s Floral & gifts. They were very easy to work with while ordering flowers for a funeral. The staff was very nice and was able to help me find an arrangement with a great price. The arrangement was delivered on time and turned out BEAUTIFUL. 10/10 recommend

My daughter-in-law bestie was in the hospital and I ordered an online bouquet. Crystal's picked up the order and it was BEAUTIFUL! The prettiest flowers I think I've ever ordered. I'm fourteen hours away and it made me so happy that she's received such a beautiful arrangement!

Their website at checkout clearly states "MONDAY-FRIDAY Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm in the recipient's time zone for same-day delivery. SATURDAY & SUNDAY Orders must be placed before 10:00 am in the recipient's time zone for same-day delivery" which is very reasonable. I understand it takes a lot of time. I was planning on doing the arrangements for my uncles funeral personally but time got away from me and his wake was at 6pm that evening. I placed an order online with Crystal's at around 1:30 pm. I set the delivery time for the next day at the actual funeral because it was past the 12pm mark. They called shortly after the order was placed and asked if we needed them for the wake that night, apparently they had spoken to the funeral home. I told them it was okay, just deliver it the next day because I knew they would be on a time constant. Sure enough, when we arrived at the wake not even 4 hours later, the most beautiful arrangements were already there. That meant so much to our family, we're amazed they could do that on such short notice. Thank you so much to Crystal's. We will recommend this business anytime we get the chance! ❤

Called for a very last minute floral arrangement delivery to a funeral home today. Not only was it delivered on time but the arrangement was stunning and the woman I spoke with was so pleasant. Thank you!!

Went above and beyond to arrange and deliver balloons to a special graduate when we couldn’t make it in from out of town. Friendly, fast service and great prices! My four year old is so happy that her Daddy got his special balloon surprise just from her.
