Outstanding service. Sent an email on a Sunday. We didn't expect a response, but received one super quick. We set up a time for the mobile repair at the campground. Pete came out on time. Very knowledgeable, respectful. He was able to fix our issue, completed the additional services we requested, all in a timely manner. Very reasonable fees. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was good.
Definitely will contact him if we need additional assistance.

We had a great experience with Pete and his services. He responded to my text in about 20 minutes, he came in to check the problem in about one hour. He was able to fix the problem right away. He was very nice, knowledge and professional. I will definitely use his services in the future.

I have a 43 foot Class A motorhome. While staying at Chapparal Campground, I noticed that my full slide topper was not tight. In fact it was completely out and flopping around. It was probably the spring broke but not sure. I happened to have a spare spring in my under storage. I contacted Pete N Rock Mobile Service on a Saturday. He contacted me the next day and we set a time on Tuesday for him to come out to us. Being this was my full slide and I had not ever worked on the Carefree of Colorado slide toppers before, I hoped Pete N Rock could do better than just me. He arrived on time and in two hours replaced the spring and had it fixed. He is very courtois, professional, and seems to be able to work through any problem. I would recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish! Pete replaced our AC and he was great to work with. He was quick to respond, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
