Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

Got some lunch before grocery shopping. The food was excellent! I got the Kung Pao Chicken lunch special with fried rice and an egg roll. Everything was really good. The Kung Pao Chicken had a lot of fresh vegetables and the sauce was perfect! As a chinese American born in China. I’ve had a lot of Chinese food. This was one of the best King Pao Chickens I’ve ever had. The fried rice was also great, as well as the egg roll. Classic Chinese flavors, done well!

Food was great! My first visit and I had great service. Will be back again for sure. I explore lots of local food businesses and review all of them. I think I found my new go to for Chinese food! A+

Update, I have been 4 times since then and the food has been amazing everytime! I highly recommend the crispy beef.

Best Chinese food in Frederick- great dumplings and fried rice. They really cares about the quality and taste of their food and I would get takeout from here over any other place around. The people that write the bad reviews never stop getting takeout from here - it’s that good.

I recently visited Great Wall Chinese Restaurant in Frederick, MD and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The General Tso's Chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the egg rolls were a nice starter. The service was quick and friendly. We have ordered from this place for several years now and they never disappoint! Food is always hot and fresh when it gets delivered and they have never messed up our order either. Very happy with the quality, portions and taste! Delivery takes a while but I account for that now and its totally worth it. So good!

I have been ordering from this Great Wall Chinese restaurant for more than a dozen years. The food is consistently delicious and very well prepared. They have an extensive menu and we have ordered many different things. Favorites include combination lo mein, combination egg foo young, Singapore rice noodles, orange chicken, crispy beef and shrimp dishes. The fried items (egg rolls, spring rolls and won ton) are tasty and not at all greasy. Highly recommended for delivery or take out. Prices are comparable. The staff is friendly and helpful explaining what is in a dish.

Best Chinese food in greater Frederick. Shrimp and Broccoli and steamed dumplings are soooo good. We have lived in NYC and eaten the best Chinese food in San Francisco, New York and DC. It doesn't get any better than this in Frederick, and the owner is a good man - a staple of the local community for over 15 years.

We ordered online using their website and food was delivered in under 35 minutes! This was our first time ordering from them and we will definitely be repeat customers! It was delicious, fresh, and hot. We had kung pao chicken, shrimp fried rice, and shrimp lo mein- all delicious!!

Highly recommend! My wife and I love this place. We go there to dine in and it’s usually nice and quiet. We like all the dishes we’ve order so far! Their food is affordable clean and tasty! Our favorite is hot and sour soup and lo main chicken. Great customer service and very polite! We highly recomand this place!

Ordered delivery, very very good! Exceeded my expectations. Hot crispy beef & sesame chicken. Food still had a nice crunch. The star anise made the beef perfection!

GLUTEN FREE MENU OPTIONS!!!! I rarely get to eat out since I have celiac disease. I wish I knew this sooner, but happy that I know at all. I appreciate them doing this, and it gives my family peace of mind when ordering.
