I had a situation with this company that required some help from management, and they were very quick, and willing to work with me and that is what customer service is all about so I appreciated the help, and solution.

Didn't have what I wanted in stock but the customer service was great. They took the time to find what I needed and ordered it for me. Good people.

Good staff, decent prices on gas and welding accessories.

Horrible customer service.

Sorry for the long post but this is a 2-1/2 month story!

Dropped my welder off 2+ months ago. Was told it will be worked on within the week. 3 weeks later I called to check the status. 5 phone calls were unreturned.

Finally talked to the tech a week later. He said he had been at a funeral and would get to it later in the week.

2 weeks later I called to check the status. Tech told me he had been working on another welder and it was first come first serve. Then he told me a part had been back ordered but it had just come in. Said he’d get to it within the week.

2 weeks later I called again. This time I spoke with the Assistant manager. At first he couldn’t even find my machine! Then he told me a part had been backordered! I told him I had been told 2 weeks ago it was backordered but the part was in. I asked him to find out how long the backorder would take and call me back.

He never called me back. 5 days later I got call saying my machine was miraculously done.

I asked the Assistant manager if I could just get 2 months added to my warranty since it was pretty clear the delay was their fault. He said he would look into it and let me know.

When I picked my machine up he said the could sell me a 2 year extension to my warranty for somewhere between $75-200. He didn’t know how much it would be.

It is clear that a small shop like mine means little to nothing to this company.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. We did almost 35 minutes for some bullshit excuse. I would rather go out of my way to deal with good customer service and better prices then to sit here and wait while I see them with the thumb up there ass.

What a joke.
