Dr. Nick Ross is by far the best doctor I have ever came in contact with. His professionalism and desire to be a solution for you is unmatched. What set him apart from any other doctor is the fact he called me and checked on me during a day the office was not open. He was actually on daddy duty, watching his kids when he called me. This man is amazing! There are game changers and game managers in this field. He is a game changer! Best doctor you will ever make a choice to go see. Shoutout to Staci Small for being the best assistant I’ve had. Absolutely loved my experience at Chapel Hill Dermatology! From the front desk team to the Doctor himself!

The front office was friendly and efficient.
More importantly, the PA and her assistant were very friendly, pleasant and helpful.
They answered all my questions and were very clear about the follow up dates. Also the assistant wrote down some notes for me to help me remember what I needed to do.

Dr. Ross was the kindest doctor I have met on my journey to get my large cyst removed. He was frank and open about what he could do and because of its location, it would be handled by a surgeon. After explaining my story of being bounced around different doctors, he went out of his way to find someone who can take care of this for me. He was also very kind and patient during the appointment and very knowledgeable about different skin issues and questions I had.

going to the dermatologist can be nervewracking and vulnerable. the nurse who saw me, Jodi, showed such wonderful kindness + gentleness and made me feel safe, supported, and heard as a patient. i am very grateful 💛☺

Dr Cavanagh and her team (esp Jodie!) took really good care of me. They listened when I told them about my needs and took this into consideration when administering care. They were patient when I had a vasovagal response and knew exactly what to do. My procedures were quick and all of my questions were addressed. Great experience!

We go in for the six-month tuneup, and things have finally settled down at the practice after some ownership changes. Office staff was great, Tracy the PA is professional and thorough, and it’s not hard to get appointments when needed. A good experience.

I had a great experience here. My doctor was very empathetic to the skin condition I was being seen for, and the plan she put in place for me is working! All of the other staff was very nice as well. Easy to park, and getting an appointment was easy too.

Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. It was my first time seeing Amy, and I was impressed with both her knowledge and kindness. She took time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I highly recommend this practice.

Everyone in the office leading up to the meeting with the doctor were all helpful and very nice. Dr Amy Cavanagh was extremely thorough and easy to talk to and I will definitely be going back to see her in the future.

Dr. Fradin is a consummate professional who takes his time with patients and explains what he sees as he’s going along. My appointment was right on time, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. He respects peoples’ time, which can be a rarity in the healthcare field!

Dr. Ross is an excellent addition to this practice. He is personable and informative; he discusses each step of a procedure and previews what to expect. He is extremely thorough and provides treatment options. He comes across as knowledgeable, attentive and meticulous. Really, hard to ask for anything more in a doctor.

Great ease in making an appointment on short notice. The staff is very friendly and helpful and Dr. Ross was patient, knowledgeable, and polite in giving a full explanation and answering questions, as well as beginning treatment at the first visit. If only all medical appointments could be so good!

From the friendly and helpful receptionists to the assistant who took me back to the room, who put me at ease and was just great, today’s visit couldn’t have been better. There is nothing like being seen by a doctor who has know you for 25 years. Dr. Fradin is personable, knowledgeable and sensible. Staff is friendly and efficient; minimal waiting time.
