Sable Point Beach House

Everything worked out perfect! The house accommodates 8 adults & our 7 grandchildren. The older ones learned how to paddle board. We were glad for everything provided. Paddle boards, Kayak’s, & air compressor for our rafts. The kids were in the water all day.
The house was very clean & the kitchen was big enough for us all to make our lunches & dinner. The loft was extra special for the kids to hang out.
We all took the ferry from Milwaukee.

Wonderful beach house. Beautiful views of Lake Michigan from the deck and beach. Awesome beach! A short walk from the lighthouse. Large kitchen and living room area, huge island for seating. Plenty of room to accommodate. Large deck that looks out to Lake Michigan plenty of chairs and seats for everyone. A short drive to town and the dunes, we all had a fantastic stay!

My family just completed our third year staying at the Sable Point Beach House. We have rented beach homes for 30 years with progressively larger accommodations needed as the the family has grown. SPBH meets our needs as a group of 18. Plenty of parking, large deck, only a few steps to the beach, warm water shower to rinse off, and 6 bathrooms. Easy to get to and close to many attractions in Silver Lake and nearby. We are very thankful to be able to stay here.

Beautiful home, full of windows for fantastic views of Lake Michigan! The house has a great layout - loved the kitchen! Large restaurant-style refrigerator, lovely wooden island with built-in stove. Small freezer and ice-maker under the island. Fantastic for cooking for a large group! Seven bedrooms plus a 4-bed loft (great for kids) and six bathrooms makes this house a fantastic find! We loved the double-shower bathrooms - perfect for couples! The glass-enclosed deck provided unobstructed views of absolutely stunning sunsets on the lake! It is just a few steps down to the beach, with water boards, kayaks, and toys to play in the water. The deck has an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before entering the house. Gas and charcoal grills are provided, laundry room is in the shed beside the house, a fire ring with chairs are in the back yard with toys and a couple hammocks to enjoy! Amy and Jon (owners) stopped by at the beginning of the week to make sure we found everything. Our family loved the time we spent here! Thank you!!

This house is very near and dear to our hearts. We recently got married at the beautiful home. Neal, the owner, was extremely gracious and communicative throughout the entire experience from before our stay there, during our stay, and after. The home is located perfectly as you can enjoy everything from the beach, the lighthouse, to the town of Mears and the Silver Lake Sand Dunes. The views of Lake Michigan are stunning and the sunsets you can watch from the back deck are breathtaking. The house itself is very spacious and clean. The style of the house is perfect for the lake. We absolutely adored our stay at the Sable Beach House and will definitely be back for more family vacations. Cannot recommend this house and Neal and his family as hosts enough!!
