Good food, great service! My friend and I shared each dish because the portions are huge. I'm a "Soup Aficionado" and we both ate some with leftovers to take home. The salsa is good, IMO. The Grande Burrito (chicken) was delicious served with a side of jalapeños was great as it made them optional.

Had a nice afternoon into evening gathering with friends! Sat in the bar, service was excellent from bartenders! Food was good tasting, and drinks were flavorful!

Cute restaurant, decent Mexican food, but not particularly flavorful. But food came out quickly and was hot, and the chips and salsa were excellent! Pictured is the chicken fajitas

Everything from walking in to the restaurant to leaving the restaurant, service was immaculate. Food was delicious as it was filling. Definitely recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner or anytime they are open, you will not be disappointed 😉

It's on par with Charras and La Cantina for food type, quantity, and quality. Mostly Tex-Mex, often overly cheesy and sometimes salty seems to be the rage around Bismarck-Mandan these days. Don't get me wrong, who doesn't love cheese? It's just getting a little tiring when half the menu is cheese. I did like my food and would come back on occasion. I would like to see more authentic Mexican on the menu

The soup of the day was chicken based and full of fresh herbs. Tremendous! The carnitas street tacos were very good as well. We ate at 3:30 pm, so the dishes were served nearly instantaneously.

I had never heard of Mayas before, but my wife had and wanted to try it. Very friendly service; clean; and the food was wonderful! I will definitely be going back to try more items on their menu, and you should, too.

OUTSTANDING !!! we have been wanting to visit for several months... finally got in the car to go... My mistake in waiting so long... do not make my mistake and go soon. You will not be disappointed. every bite was delightful. I am already anticipating trying something new on my next visit. I have a new best friend.

No Dos Equis amber on tap in those big chilled mugs like their restaurant on the south side of town..common man! Ha ha ha

It was my first time eating here. They didn't have my go-to dinner, so I went outside the box for me. So I decidedto go outside the box, the chicken fundido. I thought the quality was very good. The service was very good. The staff was very courteous and polite. I would recommend this place 100%.

We walked in 20min before they closed and we were welcomed and never felt rushed, in fact 10min after closing he asked if we wanted another margarita and when we didn't want to keep anyone later then needed he insisted it was ok, so wife had 1 more...so only 2 total😊. Great service, very friendly.
I ordered chicken fajitas and wife had carnitas. I enjoyed my fajita and we loved the salsa and chips. $50ish bucks for 2 meals and 3 margaritas. Not bad

The place wad amazing the chips and salsa, the burrito, the rice, and the beans and I ended up full totally recommend to others and our waiter was so nice

Had a little wait but sat down within 15 minutes of arriving. This was converted from another restaurant, but they did such a great job with the decor. There's a huge waiting area with plants, which is so relaxing. Half our party was able to get drinks in the bar while we waited, which was nice for them. The food was excellent and the wait staff very friendly.

Our server was great and offered us a free churro dessert and it was plenty for 4 of our to share! Our food was great as were the chips and salsa! We will definitely be going back again !!!

I’m from Houston, Tx and I’ve been in Bismarck for 3 years. Searching for the Mexican cuisine like home has been difficult. After trying at least five other Mexican restaurants here locally. I must say, Maya’s reminds me of home.
