Went there to get hand towels for bands embroidered and was greeted by Sue. She was so helpful, professional and friendly. She was able to show me format on the big screen tv and gave her opinion on final product. THANK YOU SUE. Was able to see the area where work is actually being done. Fascinating to watch. I'm looking forward to seeing final product.

Amazing service!!!
