Always busy one clerk working today bathroom was a mess lokms like no one gas ever scrubbed the hand dryer or sinks

You cannot get to diesel pump with a trailer neither is there good exit if you can.

The manager of this store does nothing, one week it’s no polar pop, the next week there are no cups, the next week it’s no lids. The place is filthy. The manager is either on the phone on the computer or outside smoking. There were 8 people in line one day and one clerk working. She sat playing on the computer, when a customer asked if she was open she berated him and said she had more important things to do. He left and the guy behind him left.

Well... I'm not in the least bit surprised by these reviews. I live 3 minutes down the street so I came here a couple times and the older white gentleman who works in the morning is disrespectful. Condescending staff that belittles you for simply using coupons? Rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming back to this location. Honestly, if I ran out of gas next to this place I'd call an Uber and fill up a jug at a different gas station or I'd walk over to Racetrack next door. They've always been nothing but respectful and friendly there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

The girl with the glasses is rude. I purchased two sherbet ice creams walked straight to car they were both soupy. Took them right back inside she said I could replace the ice cream however the freezer was broke so ALL I E CREAM MELTED!!! SHE refused to give me my money back $2.12. She REFUSED to replace the money with any item worth that amount. She REFUSED TO call the manager or tell me who owned the store.

Horrible service. Came in at 6:45 am for coffee after just waking up in a hotel and about to get on road for an 8 hour drive. There was no flavored creamer so I asked the clerk if they have any. She says no. I tell her okay, I’m not getting the coffee then and proceed to walk to register. She came back to the register asking me why I’m getting an attitude with her, it’s not her fault they’re out of creamer. I told her: Uuummmm, lady I never had an attitude until just now when you’re asking me why I have an attitude with you. I just woke up and I’m trying to get coffee. I asked for a manager and was told she is the manager. (She’s the Assistant manger). I asked for her managers name and was told she’s not giving it to me. I asked for the store phone number and was told I can look it up. This lady should not e working in customer service.

I stopped going to this store as Juliana the store manager is very RUDE! She talks on the phone at the register makes customers wait, she's already slow and gets mad if you tell her you need to get to work and don't have time to wait on her to finish her call. Have seen this on more then one occasion. Being rude while I'm spending my money is unacceptable. She's definitely BAD FOR BUSINESS Would've given zero stars if I could

I'm done within location! Hands down the slowest, and worst Circle K in Palm Coast. Understaffed, the line is wrapped around the aisles 9 times out of 10, and worst of all, all the homeless people loitering there. Even saw a guy sleeping on the ground next to the front door. They need some upper management adjustments for this location ASAP

The guy who works here at night with the tattoo on his face has terrible customer service. Hands down one of the worst experiences of my life. I own multiple houses in the woodlands and drive to other gas stations just to avoid this kid

This location is filthy as can be, riddled with homeless, just a nasty place. Lock your doors people. Hopefully wawa will put this place under when it opens.

Such a bad staff. I came in to buy juul pods on September 26 at 8:00pm and he said I wasn’t old enough when I’m 19 years old. Someone needs to tell him that the age in Florida is 18 not 21

Cashier guy, rude, not very bright, told him twice what I wanted, still asked again what I wanted......intelligent level very low!!! Good luck as a custoner
