Amber is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She made the move in process very smooth. Talked to me about my needs, showed me multiple units and helped me pick the one that was right for me. She made sure to answer all of my questions and made the process fun! I will be telling all of my friends to come rent storage here!

Paula provided great customer service, the place is clean and up to part. I feel that my stuff is safe here... cameras everywhere I really like that and the prices are very reasonable. They met my standards.

Paula and Amber are great. I used this storage facility for a short-term West Coast move. The facility is extremely large and clean. In addition the parking lot is massive and there are a lot of business nearby. That said it's tucked in it's own little corner and so adds an extra layer of security in my opinion.

They have a number of storage unit sizing options.

The lady that helped us deserves a raise she was so attentive to us, her customer service is remarkable. She made our experience great!

Paula was very helpful. I wasn't sure how large of a space I wanted or needed, and she took the time to show me several units to help me decide. I'm glad someone is able to repurpose a perfectly good facility, and CubeSmart has done an excellent job of filling a void with a very accommodating location.

The lovely ladies at Cube Smart are some of the kindest and most friendly staff i have had the pleasure of doing business with and where extremely accommodating to my requests when asking to look at units!

Paula was so helpful and kind to me. I rented a small unit and then realized I needed a bigger one and she made the switch with no problem at all. Another associate(short blonde hair), helped me get one of the garage doors opened so I could unload my truck, they were also very kind and helpful. The facility itself is very nice.

I needed a storage unit in the spur of the moment and Paula at the Freeport location was very helpful and it only took her about 15 minutes to get me a unit and made sure that I got the best deal possible. The facilities are spotless and the units are temperature controlled and I will never have to worry about any roadants getting in my stuff. I wouldn’t get a unit anywhere else, ever!

I was looking at storage units around town and CubeSmart checked all the boxes I need. I stopped in after work and found Paula mopping the floor. We talked for a few minutes and I explained my situation and concerns. She took me around to see the different sized units. I picked the size I need and we went back to the office. Paula took my information and got everything set for my rental. I am thrilled with the multiple options to pay the monthly rent and that they have an app to make it even easier. I would highly recommend the Freeport CubeSmart to anyone looking for a storage facility, also it's climate controlled and all indoors.

I went in today to set up my storage unit. Holly was super friendly and very helpful. We got everything set up. Holly shared many tips with me and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend the Freeport CubeSmart highly.
