My wife and I had to use the computer file printing and fax twice in the last two days. Mary Beth and Savanna at the service desk could not have been more helpful. If all your employees are thus oriented, a visit to your store can't help but be a pleasant experience.

The young lady at the register was extremely friendly and helpful. They seemed to be better stocked than normal. The coupon I received in the mail INCLUDED ink cartridges this time. They are normally excluded so due to the coupon I purchased ink cartridges that I normally would buy elsewhere.

Definitely a 5 star store by far my favorite employee is Mike at the printing department he has been so helpful with me to help get my labels made for my hand sanitizer I give out to people. He has been the (Only) one at that department to do them and it looks so professional again I can not thank this store for being so nice! Keep up the good work!

I had a great experience with Whitley in the printing/scanning department today. I felt a little flustered as I was nearly late for my appointment and wanted to squeeze this errand in just beforehand; although that was probably not the wisest time management skill. There was a gentleman in front of me and this unnecessarily increased my anxiety but by the time I reached the counter Whitley settled my worries. Her customer service skills were excellent as she demonstrated good multitasking, she offered a personable experience, and she was super knowledgeable. My scan was a little dark so she immediately corrected the problem all while pointing other customers in the right direction who were competing for her assistance. Did I mention she worked quickly? Ultimately, Whitley did a great job. I did not read her name tag closely enough but if she is not a manger I would be surprised.

I am very satisfied and Happy with Hazel in the North Myrtle Beach Store.
She patiently helped me with a stack of paperwork. Very professional and kind.

Needed assistance with a pen refill. As you can imagine there must be hundreds of different refills. Tom assisted us in finding a refill that look like it would work. He went as far as taking the refill out of the sealed pack to ensure it would fit. It was a bit long for the pen and he took a pair of scissors and cut to refill to fit then provided paper for my wife to write with the new refill to ensure she liked it.
After shopping for awhile, we needed assistance in purchasing an office chair. The manager stopped by and asked if we needed help. He could not have been more helpful. He help us select a chair and at check out he explained the extended protection plan which we purchased. He then loaded the new chair in our car for us. All in all a wonderful experience. I highly recommend the Office Depot in North Myrtle Beach, SC.

Here I am out of town at the beach. Needed a booklet printed and so envelopes. I loaded the files online and found the booklet feature SO easy to use. Looked great online. Then gave this location a call to see if it would REALLY take until the next day. No worries there, they did a great job, contacted me with a question and brought it out to my car the same day.
